      "I don't see how APS can increase there rates by double digits every year. They also pushed for people to go solar and now that we have and they are collecting energy from us for pennies on the dollar they are trying to make us pay more for the little bit of grid we actually use I don't see how that is legal and speaking of that it is by definition a monopoly." ...
