This company is a literal ambulance chasing bottom feeder. They run ads in newspapers across the country scrounging for lawsuits that they hope to create.

This business is a scam They are pure scum Losers and liers

They took $18000.00 of my money and only paid $7000.00 to my creditors and defaulted on them 4 times costing me even more money. All other accounts were not even touched after 6yrs. Terminated my contact and did better on my own with less money. Beware of these scammers.

The was the worst thing I ever did. They let too many resolutions slip by without proper follow up. Every person I spoke with had a different answer. I would NEVER recommend them to help.

Our family was overwhelmed by medical debts. We went to Rockwell for help. They set an amount they said would cover all our debts. I made every payment on time. They took half of what I paid in fees. Then only negotiated two of my four debts. I Ended up negotiating the other two. It was a terrble, costly experience that we are still digging out of.

They penalize you for paying off early despite the contract you sign saying they won't. They will not make payments or withdrawal money on time. This creates more fess and penalties. I added over ******** extra dollars to settle my debts. They are now waiting for another month in order to collect more fees. Every time you call it is a different person who knows nothing about the last phone call. My program ended in February and they refuse to make a lump sum to my last creditor. They have collected over ****** in extra fees when the money was there in February to pay the creditor off. They were charging me double to cancel payments to the *** account because all the money needed to pay off the creditor was available. They were supposed to collect ****** more for fees on 6/22/2022 so I could be done with this and they did not collect the money nor did they pay my creditor. MONEY IS AVAILABLE TO SETTLE THIS(HAS BEEN SINCE FEBRUARY). Absolute nightmare. Still not over....BEWARE!!!! I have never been late on a payment to Rockwell. I paid additional money.

I have been with Rockwell legal group since 2017. I paid on time almost every single month and was assured they would negotiate with the credit card companies. I paid over 500 a month to Rockwell. The contract states they would represent me if I was taken to court for garnishment. This happened twice and I was not represented. At the end of the program I was still paying and there was 4 more creditors left. Rockwell had me pay outside the program and they allowed two of them to default due to their system error. The last was never worked on. I now am facing the defaulted agreements on my own and still have no help with the largest account. I was offered to buy back in to allow them to work on these longer after being paid over 10k. I am a disabled veteran and I dont have the money to keep paying for no real help.

In 2018 we decided to go with Rockwell to help relieve some of our debt we had accumulated over many years while my husband was sick. Other than filing for bankruptcy this was the next best thing as we thought. A nice young man came to our home from Rockwell Legal group in 2018 and explained details on how we could save 35% off of our debt to creditors if we went with Rockwell. We were hesitant at first and I really did not want to do it, but he made such a great pitch to us and telling us that when our contract was over which would have been in June 2022, we would have been debt free and not have to pay any more payments to Rockwell. Well come to find out anything not paid at the end of the contract all falls on us. Something he did not tell us at our meeting. We have since terminated our contract with them and stopped paying our monthly payment. During the entire process we were told to send all bills, summons, etc. directly to them and they would handle for us. I did as they requested and kept copies of everything I sent to them. I received many summons and two just recently, one for me and one for my husband. They said they missed the one for my husband (slipped through the crack) which was for around 20k and then the other for a June court hearing for me around 5k. We called and called them and no one ever called back. We left messages after messages with no calls back. Throughout the entire process they would never return our calls or emails. Shame on us for trusting this law firm. We had no idea on how much fees they were taking from us for these services. We have been paying our monthly payment and never missed a payment to them. Out of our 14 accounts they were working on since 2018 they only settled 5 of them. They took most the money we sent them for their fees. If we had known this we could have done this directly with the creditors. It was all a scam unfortunately.

I have been with Rockwell Legal Group for almost four years to help me with my credit card debt. I am almost at the end of my four year commitment. During this time no one was following up with me quarterly as promised, I was still being served paperwork from Police Marshals, I kept resending the court documents to Rockwell, who confirmed receiving them. However, police marshal kept showing up at my door threatening me. This is the same credit card paper work I submitted at the beginning of the program. No one has work on my credit card debt since before the Covid pandemic. When trying to call and speak with it was always extremely difficult to get someone by the phone. Now one of the credit cards that I sign on with at the beginning of the program has gone on my credit report. I have paid more to be in this program then then my credit card debt owed. My other credit cards have been sitting for years showing at Rockwell Legal Group as being In Litigation or Pre Settled. This company has taken money from me and have not work on credit cards debt and has failed me. I would love to be apart of the class action suit. I was paying my credit cards before joining this company and was not on default on any of them. Now I have a delinquent account on my credit report because Rockwell Legal Group failed me and did not follow up on their legal commitment to me when I sign up for their assistance. Do not sign up with this company it is HORRIBLE!!!!!! It's a shame that they will take advantage of people during this inflation time and with people still recovering from the pandemic.

Please listen to what others are saying! I enrolled in their program and of the six accounts settled during my three years with them, I had to negotiate and pay for four of them while still setting aside their monthly payments. Ultimately, I ended up with a couple thousand sitting in an account waiting on them to make more negotiations. I spent eight months calling in to follow up on that being told every time that "they were working on it". They were not. I called in to say that I would stop auto drafts into the "savings" account until they had another offer ready to receive payment. They kept telling me they would call "as soon as they had an offer", bot never heard from them. I recently followed up only to find they cancelled my account for inactivity and failed to notify the clearinghouse so my "savings" were just going to sit there indefinitely. Contacting the clearinghouse to receive my funds, I was told that they could only do so upon confirmation of account closure by Rockwell Legal Group. They advise you to give them as much money as you can but refuse to work on your behalf until their retainer has been cleared. When I first heard about them (and the only reason I contacted them) I was told that the impact to my credit score would be minimal (lie) that it was a quicker recovery than bankruptcy (lie) and that there would be support staff available to guide me throughout the process (more lies). Calculate the money you need to pay on your debts, buckle down and do it yourself. Everything they did you can do and more efficiently!I'm looking forward to a class action on these predators.
