      "I cant believe that Ive dealt with a bank that not even knows the process of the loan the customer service representative misguided me and the bank branch have no connections and REMOVEDthey have no answers or not even care about the customers wasted two days of work and paid the full amount and additional fees for expediting the title and lien removal and nothing happened only what I received is sorry and apology"
