This company has fraudulent billing practices. My medical practice has contacted them on multiple occasions over a three-year period to cancel their software product, which we never even used. They verbally told us that it was canceled but continue to send us invoices and are now threatening to send our case to collections. We have not used their product in over 3 years and have repeatedly asked to cancel and stop billing. I have to now involve our lawyer.Review from Neville L

My experience is similar to others. The problem is that the company has a Evergreen auto-renew clause in its contract that states that you must rent the software until the end of each December. You have to write them a certified letter three months before the end of the year to stop renting the software at the time. If they dont get that letter before December 31, you will owe them for an entire next year. They dont really worn you about this but the clause is deep within the terms and conditions. In my case, one of my staff signed the contract without my permission and I never did get to see the terms and conditions until after I had to close my practice because of Covid. They are very aggressive in collecting regardless of your circumstances. Buyer beware!
