    I bought 4 tires in December of 2022. In January of 2023, I noticed a bubble (defect) and went back to Monkey Tires to get a replacement. They said it had to go to the warranty department and they would call me in 3-5days. No call. I called them on 1/26,1/30,2/7,2/17 same story, the tire was at the warranty department. I patiently waited the entire month of March. No call. I went there today, 4/4/23 and was told to contact someone named *****, which I did. She proceeded to inform me that the warranty department didn't think the tire was a factory defect, therefore they couldn't replace it. I asked for the tire back, and she said that wasn't possible. At this point, I PAID for that tire and it is technically mine, defective or not. I'm now going pursue legal proceedings against this tire shop.
