    Monkey Wheels & Tires lifted my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 on August 28th. That was supposed to take only 2 days, but it took 3 days. We have been fixing up the truck for a show truck so everything under the hood is new including the engine. It has new rims, tires ($2000 in value), and a system. The whole front end is new with new control arms, rearms, and drive rods. We got the lift parked the truck (it's our casual driver) and just now (September 7th) used the truck to do a few errands. Luckily this was after exiting the freeway, the front passenger wheel bellowed inward to the tire well after we heard popping sounds. To our surprise the tire is falling off, there are pliers in the wheel well, and bolts missing from the whole lift kit. I had to tow the truck to Monkeys with no reimbursement and wait for them to look what needed to be replaced. To our surprise it's the wheel hub that holds the tire and breaks onto the drive rod. The did not inspect the components under the truck nor make sure everything was secure and safe. My kids, husband and myself could have been in a major car accident if we were driving and higher speeds then accelerating from a stop. This put our family's lives at risk. The shop told us they were not responsible not their problem. Left it so they can repair it 9/8 but just as soon as we left same thing happened but on both front sides. They never fixed the issue and again put our family at risk. Now the Monkeys is not answering and my truck is broken more then when they installed the lift. The breaks are now busted on both sides and I have to make these repairs that should have been identified before they broke on the truck from the lift they installed. Also they were drinking on the job, taking drugs through syringes, and intimidating to the customer.
