There are no refunds. Once a deposit is placed on a kitten, that kitten is owned. If the consumer chooses to cancel the purchase, the deposit will be placed on hold for another kitten within a year. After a year, if no kitten has been chosen, the deposit is forfeited.
There is a two year warranty for fatal genetic flaws on all kittens. If a kitten should die from a fatal genetic flaw within two years of purchase, it will be replaced.
