**** Patterson inspected our new-build home (pre dry wall). He was extremely thorough and took photos of nearly every square inch of our home with descriptions of areas that needed ************. He used a drone to inspect the roof!! He was so awesome to work with and we are looking forward to having him inspect our home again when it is complete. I HIGHLY recommend this company!! Patterson Property Inspections provided TOP NOTCH service for my first-time home buyer clients. As a real estate agent, it is so important to have a great inspection and **** provided that and more. Patterson property inspections are the epitome of professionalism. **** took time to properly inspect the property and was very prompt with the report. The report was complete with pictures, and instructions on how to address issues. Definitely highly recommend.Patterson Property Inspections

**** was amazing! He was beyond thorough and caught every little thing that was wrong with the house. It makes us feel safer knowing **** inspected the house because now we can fix all the things that were in his report. He includes photos of every issue he notices and explains it in detail after his inspection is complete. I would highly recommend **** to anyone who asks me. Great guy who definitely knows his stuff!
