He was prompt friendly and very thorough. We had his report the same day and it was easly accepted by our builder. We would and will use him again. We also felt his price was fair. He as well explained a lot of things to us about the features of our new home.Patterson Property Inspections

We had a great experience using ******** Property Inspections for our 11-month warranty inspection. **** Patterson inspected our new-build home (pre dry wall). He was extremely thorough and took photos of nearly every square inch of our home with descriptions of areas that needed ************. He used a drone to inspect the roof!! He was so awesome to work with and we are looking forward to having him inspect our home again when it is complete. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!
