5 starsREMOVEDPatterson was very professional in responding to our request, arriving on time and completing all inspections. He contacted us before he came to let us know what to expect. He spent considerable time going over our systems. Before he left he told us lots of things we didn't know about the house prior to this inspection. 5 starsPatterson Property inspections was great to work with! We had a last minute issue with our other inspection company and a very tight time window to inspect, and Patterson was able to schedule and set up an inspection 2 days out right when we needed them! Our inspector REMOVEDwas very thorough and clearly knew what he was doing and wasnt alarmist which we appreciated - plenty of expertise and even taught the houses own listing agent how to operate the pool. Highly recommend Patterson for any property inspection needs!Patterson Property Inspections
