5 starsPatterson Property Inspections Is a great company and performed a thorough inspection of our new home. I requested a quote and they were very reasonable and fast to schedule. The technician was very knowledgeable and educated us on the findings. The report was color coded based on level of importance and this report will be used for our new build warranty fixtures. Overall, very satisfied and happy to have hired them!
