**** Patterson was very professional in responding to our request, arriving on time and completing all inspections. He contacted us before he came to let us know what to expect. He spent considerable time going over our systems. Before he left he told us lots of things we didn't know about the house prior to this inspection. The report emailed to us is very thorough.In addition, **** is pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him for any inspection you might need.

Patterson Property inspections was great to work with! We had a last minute issue with our other inspection company and a very tight time window to inspect, and Patterson was able to schedule and set up an inspection 2 days out right when we needed them! Our inspector *** was very thorough and clearly knew what he was doing and wasnt alarmist which we appreciated - plenty of expertise and even taught the houses own listing agent how to operate the pool. He was prompt friendly and very thorough. We had his report the same day and it was easly accepted by our builder. We would and will use him again. We also felt his price was fair. He as well explained a lot of things to us about the features of our new home.Patterson Property Inspections

We had a great experience using ******** Property Inspections for our 11-month warranty inspection. We were impressed with how detailed ******* was and especially appreciated him catching a few things we never would have known about.
