      On June 10, 2023, ******************* from All Good Shutter and Blind came to my house to quote on outdoor patio shades. We agreed on three custom shades and I put down $4000 toward the total order cost of $5351. I was told at this time that the lead time to get installed was 12 weeks. Over the last two months (starting in late August), I have been texting ***** to get an update on the order status and a firm installation date. He continues to promise he will check, that he is calling the manufacturer, he will follow up and check, he's going to the manufacturing site in the morning, etc. etc. and then nothing happens and no response. He is no longer even replying to text messages or phone calls. I will also add that in all cases I am professional and not a hostile, volatile or angry customer with him, but I am assertive and straightforward in my request for information. I have since seen that several other customers of this company have commented on Yelp and other review sites that similar things have happened to them. I am beyond frustrated and considering legal action. Is there anything else I should do or you can do to help? I would like to either have my blinds installed or my money refunded.

      April 22nd I ordered Blinds. My daughter and I had both used *********** Before. This time each time we ask it's changing who is making them. One story after another. Month ago he said one week. I have text and called and asked for a refund. Very frustrating. These were to cover my front door from the summer heat. That did NOT happen.

      On 3/29/2023 we paid a deposit in the amount of $5,460 after ordering wood blinds and honeycomb shades from ******************* at All Good Shutters and Blinds. We were quoted about 6 weeks before they would be installed. Mid May I reached out to ***** to check on the status, he finally returned my call on 5/22/2023 and in a voicemail told me it would be another 3 1/2 weeks. We waited about 4 weeks and attempted to reach out again, it took several phone calls to get a response but on 6/28/2023 ***** left me a voicemail stating the supplier was having issues, he would be meeting with them the upcoming Friday and would let us know. We heard nothing. on 7/12/2023 we received an email from company owner ******************* stating supplier delays and that our order should be completed around 7/31/2023. Hearing nothing, on 9/8 I emailed ***** and ***** and requesting to cancel the order and receive a refund on our deposit. ***** called that same day and said he would be meeting with his installers the following day and I was in the list to be scheduled for install within the next two weeks. I heard nothing and on 9/18 I requested a refund. My husband spoke to ***** on 9/20/2023, ***** asked for more time but we denied the request and asked for a refund. ***** stated he would have to get funds back from the supplier which could take up to 72 hours. My husband asked if we would have resolution within the week, and ***** stated yes. On 10/2 I sent another email to request a status update as we have heard nothing. As of today, 10/12/2023 we have still not received our refund, or the blinds/shades that we ordered over 6 months ago.

      Date: 03/22/2022 I previously ordered plantation shutters from All Good Shutter and Blind for my office, kitchen, living room and dining room in the year of 2021. I was so impressed by the finished product that I decided to finish the rest of my house with shutters so they all match. My orders were paid with my debit card. The projects were completed around 8 weeks.The order for my bedrooms and master bath was the nightmare! I placed the order on 03/22/2022 and paid for it in full like the previous orders. I expected the same service also but this is what happened instead. After giving **** weeks for delivery, I contacted the owner on the status. He informed me that my order was placed, the shutters were built and they were delivered but they could not find them... first lie. I contacted him again after some time and was informed they were short on installers for the past 6 months... second lie. The third contact, the owner informed me he sold the blinds business... third lie. I asked if he could find out happened to my shutters. The fourth time, I texted him and for the status and that I wanted a refund. He told me he still had an account with the vendor and he "will make it happen." All this time, he never contacted me with the status, or anything. I just wanted my shutters. My last text to him was to inform him that I waited ONE YEAR & SIX MONTHS for shutters that were never received and that my patience had run out. I wanted a FULL refund so I could go to a more reputable business for shutters. I trusted the owner but now I have no respect for him and I want people to be aware of this thief!

      I purchased an entire set of shutters and roller shades as a house warming for my son on September 28, 2022 for the total amount of $4,222.36. My credit card was charged for 70%. I went through many phone calls wondering where the shutter were and why they had not been installed after I was told they would be installed within 13 weeks. Then I had the run around of delivery of shutters due to covid, or other excuses; therefore the shutters were on back order. It was a repetitive amount of phone calls and excuses until there was a final installation on March 21st, 2023. My son lived with **** and other paper products on his windows for over 6 months. My credit card was charged for the full amount of $1,266.36. There was a shutter missing and a full set of sliding glass door rolling shades. Many phone calls were made to ***** and it was one thing after another. He kept telling me it was ordered and would be delivered within 3 weeks, and it was a continuous amount of excuses given to me. At one time, he told me the person who would install the missing shutter would be there to install and shouldnt take him more than a couple of minutes. This never happened. I have left message after message and no phone calls are returned. I am requesting a refund so I can complete this home. We have a glass sliding glass door with no coverings exposed to a backyard house, and a laundry room exposed to a busy street with no shutter. I am requesting a refund of $197.88 for laundry room shutter and $1,275.39 rolling shade and additional rod for shade $169.83. I need tax added to this total since I have already paid it. If I need to provide a list of phone call attempts, I will call my cellphone provider for reference. I appreciate your time.

      May 5 I ordered and paid for all good shutters and blind to install shutters in my home **** bucks for window film and shutters The owner says .. 5 week delivery6 weeks later .. he says .. 2 more weeks. Every couple weeks he keeps saying 2/3 weeksAfter ignoring my calls not returning texts .. I demand my money back the FULL amount !!..Once again he lies and lies and lies !!!..This ************* is a grifter!! He wont give Me my money back!! he says well tell the ********** that it is a fraudulent charge and they will give you your money back.No this is FRAUD!! And I aint gonna be apart of it!!I still do not have any way of getting my funds back!!This business the couple that run it are GRIFTERS!!..do they have a gambling or something???I am forced to file small claims against All good shutters and blinds more like No good for nothing Do not use these people tell your friends!!..Ill be in yelp ******** anywheres to warn people.Just cowardly people .. the both of them

      We paid ***** in two transactions- January and April with the understanding that the blinds would be installed before summer. ***** has not only failed to deliver anything but he won't even reponds to our calls.

      On 3/2/2023 All Good Shutter and blinds came into my home and gave me and estimate for Shutters for 5 windows and a sliding door in my den. The total sale was $3775.26. At that time I gave this company $2500.00 deposit toward the above price leaving a balance of $1275.26. My husband and I were told the shutters would be in approximately 6 weeks. It is now over 6 months and we still do not have any shutters in our home. This company has given excuses from its the subcontractor fault because he is behind, the weather held them up, and that the shutters are being made in ******** and that takes time. The past month and half my husband and I are being told they are done and will be installed this week. This week comes and they dont show up. Next week and next week comes and they dont come. Now they are not returning my calls. I want my deposit returned and never to have to deal with this company again.

      This complaint is similar to ones submitted about All Good Shutter and Blinds (All Good). We are requesting help from the BBB for resolution. We have already attempted to rectify this directly with All Good. We ask for our deposit of $3,950 to be returned, in full. It has been almost 9 months since we provided the down payment (on Dec 22, 2022). All Good is almost entirely nonresponsive when contacted and several of their communications with us were outright lies. This has been our worst experience with a small business in 30 years. Here is a summary:12-15 - 12-22-22: All Good measures and provides pricing and we provide down payment. 2-27-23: All Good states that shutters are 4-5 weeks out.3-26-23 and 4-13-23: We request an update [no reply].4-27-23: We visit All Good. It is a residential street address. All Good indicates that the shutters are delayed.6-23-23: 8 weeks later, we ask All Good to refund our deposit [no reply].6-28-23: We text that July 14 is our final date. If shutters are not installed by then we request a refund. All Good responds: Okay. Ill get things arranged to meet the date.7-12-23: We text for an update. All Good: Ill call you tomorrow. All Good did not call.7-14-23: We ask for a refund. All Good blames their supplier and says that our shutters will be delivered in 10 days. 7-26-23: Texted and asked for update [no reply].8-7-23: Texted and requested a refund [no reply]. 8-9-23: All Good calls and states that our shutters had arrived. 8-11-23: Texted for an update [no reply].8-14-23: Texted and stated that if the shutters were not installed by Aug 18 we will stop at their business for our refund.8-16-23: All Good calls and states shutters will arrive during the week of the 23rd.8-26-23: We request an update [no reply].8-28-23: We indicate that we would be stopping by on Sept 1 for a refund.9-1-23: All Good stated that he would come by on Tues with the refund. All Good did not deliver the refund check as promised.

      On May 5 I received an estimate for one outside screen to provide shade protection for our outdoor turf. I accepted the quote and paid in full -$602. It is now September 8 and I have not received a screen and installation. ******************* the owner communicated sporadically but in the last 3 weeks he does not respond at all to phone calls, text messages or emails. I have asked for a refund to no avail.
