      We placed an order for wood shutters on Feb 27, 2023 with *******************, owner of All Good Shutters and Blinds. Invoice number OKEV2305801 in the amount of $3,970.00 was paid as down payment. Original amount due was $5,671.39. We had some communication with **** about 4-5 months ago when he said that he was forced to changed suppliers and apologized for the long delay. Right now, Cash is not responding to emails or telephone. His voicemail is full and no voicemail can be left. His website has been taken down. Im guessing hes out of business. I am seeking restitution of the $3,970.00 down payment.

      Hired them for shutters in our home 2 years ago, here is a list of what went wrong:1. Missed our kitchen windows in quote, which seemed on purpose so that their quote seemed lower than everyone else. We had to pay more for the kitchen after they started 2. Shutters took twice as long to arrive than promised- said it was a fluke, but clearly not based on other reviews 3. Shutters are supposed to be guaranteed, but have called for service multiple times with no response. *****'s vmail is always full and he is impossible to get a hold of 4. Shutters fall now and won't stay up, even when I tighten the screws

      Ordered shutters from All Good Shutters and blinds on 6/15/23. Gave a $1500 deposit. It is now almost February **** and still no shutters.

      We reached out to ******************* regarding patio awnings and exterior drop shades at the beginning of November 2023. He came out to measure. We received our first quote via email on 11/16. We went back and forth making adjustments to the order. The order was finalized on 1/10/2024. I wrote a check for the down payment and we agreed that I would leave it under the mat on the porch so he could pick it up. He picked it up on 1/11/2024. The check was cashed on 1/12/2024. ***** said he would contact us to set up the final measurement. I reached out to him last week, he assured me that someone would be contacting me for the final measurements. I let him know that we would be traveling soon and I wanted to make sure I was home. 1/26/24, I called him to discuss the final measurement. ***** said that **** would reach out to me. I asked when, he assured me today or Monday. I asked him to send me the contact for the person taking the final measurements. Ive not received any contact information. I called ***** back today and asked for a refund. I told him Ive started to see negative reviews. He told me he could give me a check but the funds wouldnt be available. He implied that the issues are only with the company he uses for interior shutters. My husband sent a text requesting a refund and has had no reply. I researched All Good Shutters and Blinds when we purchased from them in 2018, the transaction was smooth and the product was great. I let my guard down, I didnt look him up prior to contacting him in November.

      On September 11, 2023, I paid a deposit to ******************* at All Good Shutter and Blinds for shutters for 2 windows. He said it would be 8 to 10 weeks before getting the order. The date came and I asked him about the shutters and he keeps making different excuses about using a different supplier and still no shutters. I started asking for my money back on December 15th and he keeps saying he will refund me and he keeps making up excuses on why he hasn't given me my deposit back. I have read numerous stories of him doing this to people and never getting their money back. He now tells me that he has dissolved his business. I don't know what else to do to get my money back.

      On 7/28/2023, I paid $3160.00 to ******************* that works for All Good shutter and blind for 8 shutter and 1 blind, it has been 5 months and never received the products neither my money back. ***** has done the same thing to 28 other people. His license is ********* he is a fraud.

      On 6.3.2023 we purchased almost $6000 of product; solar film and shutters. A week later we said we wanted to cancel the solar film and continue with the shutters as we were getting new windows. we were told, "OK." We never received any money back for our canceled solar film. We never could get a response to schedule installation of our shutters. At this point we'd like any of the following scenarios:A) Get the money back for the solar film and have the shutters installed.B) Get all our money back.C) Get the solar film delivered and shutters installed.

      I ordered sunscreens from this company back in July. I am an SRP customer and know there are rebates for the purchase of new sunscreens. *******************, the owner, said he that I would get a rebate and that he would file the paperwork. He never filed the paperwork and after multiple attempts to contact him, he kept saying he was working on it. I called SRP myself to fill out the paperwork only to find out he lied and he isn't contracted with SRP. I was supposed to get around $500 in rebates. He will no longer respond back to me. I want to make other people aware of this business. He is aware that there is a 6 month window for me to get a rebate. I have lots of text messages saying he would take care of this with nothing happening. I am not sure if anything can be done so at the very least, I want it to be know to other customers that he isn't someone that you should do business with and he is not contracted!!

      Paid a deposit of $4265 to ******************* at all good shutters and blinds on August 14, 2023. It is extremely difficult to get a response or be able to communicate with *****. We have received multiple excuses, blaming the manufacturer for the delay. As of December 27, 2023, I called the manufacturers and no orders have been placed. We are currently seeking a refund.
