1 star**************** wasnt truthful with me. I ordered a trike. I was given a delivery date of April 1st. The baskets were shipped separately and they came to my address as promised. When I was notified by the shipping company that my bike had been delivered I went to my door, it wasnt there. I looked on the app and saw that it was delivered to someone in **********. I live in ****. When I called to complain I was told that they shipped out of ********** and that it was normal to take that much time to have trikes shipped. My new arrival date is a week later than I was told originally. They had nothing to answer when I told them I had email notice that it had been delivered and I was supposed to give them a rating. They couldnt explain why the arrival date was suddenly a week later. My problem with this company is that I believe I was lied to. I feel they didnt take accountability for making a stupid mistake. I dont think they are trustworthy. Please be very cautious if you buy from this company.Lectric eBikes

1 starI was given a XP trike for Xmas and bike has 68 miles the bearings went out I wonder why I had a horrible experience the day I took it for ride now I'm stuck with a bike that's not working please make sure u improve your quality on this model I had a 2.0 and a 3.0 they are better made and bike also wood ***** to my left I hope u can resolve this issueLectric eBikes

5 starsI bought two Lectric XP 3.0 bikes. They are great. Lots of fun. I have emailed the company and they get back to me each time. I can also reach a live person to ask questions. My wife is not very tall and I found that she might have a better ride if we had a standard seat post rather than the comfort post. it would a bit lower. **************** send me that post without a charge because he wanted us to have a comfortable safer ride. The main thing I like with this company, besides the bikes, is that they have local service shops that will work on the bikes and customer service you can call and talk to. 1 starPurchased 2 XP 3.0 bikes. Peddle put on backwards and would not fold. Latch to fold bike broke. Brakes were recalled. All these things were resolved. However, afire only riding bikes 3 times both had flats. When taken to bike repair store they found the inside of the rims were defective. The ******* that hold spokes are on inside of rim that touches tube and where not cut properly resulting in sharp edges that cut the tube and caused flats.Sent pictures over and over but they continue to send defective rear tires. We have been sent a total of 6 defective tires even after speaking with a supervisor. Told us to sand them down but that could cause spokes to break. They need to have some quality control and recall these rims before it causes injury. Again cant seem to get refund on bikes and still dont have safe pair of rear tires. Would not recommend anyone to buy due to bad quality.Lectric eBikes

5 starsI purchased 2 bikes in march 2021. A step-through and step-over, for my wife and I. Due to extended wait times we were offered a free upgrade to the 2.0 step-through, which we declined. The step-through had an error message on the display upon arrival. Lectric was quick to respond to my emails and sent multiple components trying to fix the issue(a motor with rim and tire, a new controller, and finally a new display) all free of charge. The new display fixed this, it was a common issue with early bikes and was quickly fixed by lectric. I used the step-over almost daily for over a year commuting to work in the *** and burned up the controller in my bike 2 times by riding big hills at high speed, lectric replaced them for free. (Early bikes they released had a 20a controller and thats too much) The step-over was stolen and recovered (Thanks AirTags!) but damaged. More free replacement parts from Lectric. Both bikes have been in car accidents and repaired with free replacement parts from Lectric. Lectric wouldve covered the repairs at a local bike shop for all of the above repairs. I enjoy working on my bikes but the option is there. We recommend Lectric to everyone interested in an e-bike and will absolutely make more purchases from them in the future. The bikes are high quality but not overpriced and the customer service is top notch.Lectric eBikes

5 starsPurchased two bikes from Lectric, direct from their website. Items arrived quickly, in perfect condition. Up and running within ***** mins. I have purchased generic cheap Chinese e-bikes, and also expensive $6,000 e-bikes. These Lectric bikes are fantastic for the price! Best Bang for the buck packages out there. 5 starsIve had my e-bike for about four months now, am completely satisfied with the operation and performance of the bike. My only problem was it accidentally fell once and cracked the display. After explaining my situation Lectric agreed to replace it with a new display at their cost. It took awhile to get here but they were in constant communication until it arrived.Lectric eBikes

1 starMy bike arrived badly damaged and unusable. I contacted the company was initially told that the damage was not their fault and they would not do anything for me. They suggested that I should "**** it back into shape with my hands," an absolutely unhinged suggestion for a steel frame bike. They said their bikes frequently arrive damaged and seemed to think this was acceptable. Since the company offered no resolution I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, only then did Lectric bikes offer to send replacement parts, but not even a partial refund to cover the cost of having the bike repaired. Eventually they agreed to pay $60 of the repair costs, which will definitely not cover what it will cost to repair the bike. I am now stuck with a very expensive useless bike that I will have to pay to repair.Lectric eBikes

1 starThe product quality is not worth what you pay. The battery life is not nearly what is advertised either. I can tell on their website they edit out most of the real reviews. I got my wife the xpedition for mothers day along with some accessories. The orbiter and footpad kit took months to arrive. Once it did arrive it was missing parts. They tried doing the right thing in this case by sending the missing parts, but, sent them to the wrong address dispute me proving the correct one. The same this happened when I ordered the front rack and basket. They did not send the headlight extender. They refused to send me one and the refused to give me a refund. I had sent about 5 emails and was ignored. **************** is worse that the quality. If youre going to spend this kind of money do it on a product you can see in person.Lectric eBikes
