    I ordered 2 bikes from them on 7-16 and received them on 7-21-25. After fully charging the batteries neither bike worked. I tried calling Lectric to get help on how to fix it but their VM states they are to busy to help and to send them an email. I emailed them that night asking for a call and help. I got a response back on the morning of Tuesday 7-22-25 with a laundry list of things it could be and videos showing me how to walk through the process of fixing the brand new bike I got that didnt work. I went through the 5 different steps of trying to figure out the problem and resold it...but nothing worked. Tuesday afternoon I emailed them letting them know that nothing worked, bikes didnt work and wouldnt turn on, and havent heard anything from them since. I shot a 2nd email to them on Wednesday July 23rd letting them know I wanted to return both bikes and get a refund and still havent heard back from them with either back. Not sure who sends out a bike to a client before making sure it works? And then you are to busy to answer your phone and provide customer service after I have spent thousands of dollars on your bike. Poorly ran company and poor quality product. Wouldnt recommend anyone to buy their product.

    I bought two XPeak 2.0 bikes in February. When a battery failed in June, I ordered a replacement (listed as in stock) and also requested a warranty replacement. Despite repeated promises that both would ship within 2448 hours, nothing happened for weeks. I made multiple calls, was told conflicting stories, and ultimately had to cancel my purchase and borrow a bike for my planned vacation. The warranty battery finally arrivedfive weeks later.Lectrics support systems and communication are broken. They consistently failed to deliver on basic promises. Maybe theyll improve one day, but right now, I cant

    Terrible customer service. Ive been stuck in an endless email chain trying to get a replacement for my bike, which stopped turning on in less than a year. Instead of real help, Im getting the runaround, one rep even told me to buy my own battery tester to check it myself. The website claims they have A+ customer service, but thats a joke. Ive called dozens of times and not once has anyone picked up.

    I ordered two bikes from this company on ******. The first bike arrived fine. The second was stripped of all the quality parts. I spent $799 on the first and $1100 on the 2nd. The only difference should have been color. I reached out to the company on ****** and directly. They did nothing for me and told me that my bikes were not supposed to have these items. Amazing they were in the picture when purchased and being offered as a package on their website. I have had to source the items from ****. These items (fenders, light, luggage rack) should have been provided. I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them a zero. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Im sure they will put some BS AI response to this entry. Don't believe them.

    ***** to spend so much money on a bike to have the display and front wheel be damaged. They sent a new display fairly quickly, however, I have been going back and forth for weeks now on the front tire. It clicks when riding and I can't get a great video while showing the motion and sound for their customer service team. I was told it was finally escalated to tier 2 but when I followed up a week later they said they needed another video.A support person also requested that I send a video of the front tire lifted while using the throttle... The only thing that would have done was send the bike flying. Needless to say I can't recommend this company. The product might be great if it's not broken in transit but I hope to don't have to use their customer service.

    False and misleading advertisements say get by date yet not even shipped than want to cancel order and get run around don't trust companies like this need to close doors

    I'm sorry to read the other reviews where people were giving 1 and 2 stars. I completely love my bike and I ride a lot for pleasure. An electrical part failed but I called customer service and sent the part to me right away. It was easy to fix but I'm kind of handy. I think my wife would have needed to have someone help her. But EVERY time I need assistance, they answer the phone. I also read Lectric's responses to the other reviews and that tells me they are actively trying to resolve customer issues. You won't get that kind of service these days. I think the bike is great and I'm looking into the new 4.0 for my wife. ******* (basically) here in *******************!!!!

    I wish I can give the a 0 star. These guys are scammers. I bought my wife an e trike. It has a squeek in the rear wheel. We have been going back and forth for a month over that. Technically repeating the same questio and requests everytine the email me. By the way, the trike was shipped in the worst situation ever. We had to look for the screws and washers. They were all over the box. The box had big dents, packaged poorly which I believe lead to the noise in the wheel. I advice you not to to buy from this place. One other thing, the charger gets so hot and the battery takes for ever to charge.

    XP Lite 2.0 is light at 48 lbs which is a positive. It has a single gear which causes to much ghost pedaling but one can adapt to this. It is a decent riding bike. However, it is absolutely mis advertisment by Lectric to say this bike with their long range battery can go 70 miles or greater. Their technitian will say miles depends on riding conditions, speed, weight, terrain (hill) etc. Of course common sense people know this but their is a lie beyond this comment that they are less than truthful about. When riding in assist 2 on a level or lightly down hill road or with wind behind you this 375 watt motor will pull 180 ***** approx which is what my prior Rad mini pulled in assist 2 also. With any wind or very slight up-hill condition this little motor becomes ravenous for more wattage of ******* ***** which is 2 to 3 times more than my Rad mini with 4 inch tires and 75 lb weight. The best mileage I could get was 43 miles never going over assist 2 and only using throttle twice on ***** percent level roads. You do not have to be high tech or an engineer to know that pulling twice the ***** over other ebikes will get you half the the mileage of other ebikes everyting else being the same. I got 55 miles consistently with my Rad mini and the only reason I got 43 and not 30 miles with Lectrics xp light was its narrower tires and lighter weight. Again, they use terrain as a cover up of a much more misfunctional problem this bike has. You could only achieve 70 or more miles on this bike if you road completely down hill your entire trip pedaling but not needing to. Or you rode from ********* to ******************* which is all down hill. This is mis- advertisment and you should not fall for this if you are shopping for a ebike and the mileage is important for you.

    I bought two of these bikes. One for me and one for my wife. Mine worked for about a mile and quit. They had to send me a new control module. My wife's bike the rear brake lost it's pressure and I was told to take it to a bike shop and they would cover the repair up to $60.00 which is reasonable. But this weekend we took them around the camp ground and both of them the motors kept cutting out and would not re-engage. I spent around $1400.00 each for these. Pretty disappointed in these and I would not recommend buying them. These are the XPeak step through Bikes. I would even consider them. At this point I feel stuck because I can't even sell them.
