            Im not sure who the a manager of this shop is, but the culture that is displayed to people walking in to get a haircut is very unwelcoming, even from the individual barbers who may have cut your hair before! The barbers do not care how long you have been waiting if you are a walk in they will treat you like you arent even there, I waited over and hour and half today, I waited even longer on my last visit to trnd setter barbershop on ****** avenue. While I was waiting I witnessed 4 barbers being free, 2 of them waited on appointments to show up which were over ***** minutes late. And 2 others waited even longer more than 30 minutes with several guys waiting as a walk in for a haircut, instead of going ahead and talking Care of business they sit on their phones, get up got outside, make you wait and wait and wait u their appointment doesnt show them they wanna ask you who are you waiting for the board that they use for walk ins dont really matter to some of the barbers.
