              Product ceased to operate have contacted the Company several times for recommendations/suggestions for what to look for to correct the issue. NO response, nothing! Contacted the installer for assistance and was told the same thing, they do not get responses from this manufacturer. Another case of buyer be ware, once the product is installed and paid for they drop you like a hot rock!

              We are delighted with Solara. We ordered our custom awning in 2013 and 10 years later it is as beautiful as it was on day one. ********** once a year with gentle detergent and it sparkles! Family and friends still talk about this awning every year. Similar style awnings have been all over Europe for the last *************************************************** the States that had these **************. We did not want a plain wood or plastic immovable awning. Too hot outside? Tilt the louvers to grab that down breeze that you did not know existed! Too much sun? Close the louvers. This is not your typical old school covering. This is definitely a notch above with its functionality and style/look.Installation is important so don't cut corners with that. The mechanisms need to align perfectly so it can perform for you for years to come. We called ***************************************************************** 2013!
