    The worst customer service experience I have ever had.My truck broke down and I called ***** Roadside Assistance. I needed it towed to a ***** dealership that recently worked on my truck for the same exact reason it broke down 5 weeks before. The tow cost was $190.22. I paid with my card and received a text from CRA that the tow company would be there anywhere from 1.5 hours to **** hours. I explained I would not be with my truck, but the keys would be in the ignition.I drove by where I broke down the next day and my truck was still there. I did not receive a text or a call saying my truck was not going to be picked up when *** said it would. I called CRA immediately and spoke to one agent who could not help me, so I asked for a supervisor. Her name is *****************After explaining the situation and my frustration my truck was left over night with keys in the ignition with no communication explaining the tow was cancelled, ******** responded by saying I could pay for another tow and they could get it to my location today.I explained to ****************** already paid for a tow and still havent received one. She said my sale was pending and it would be back on my card.3 days later I still dont have my money back. I called CRA again and was told I needed to email gminquiries@allstate to start my refund. During my entire conversation with ******** she never mentioned this step. I have driven ***** trucks my entire life and after the lies and lack of communication I received from CRA I may never buy another ***** again.
