On August 25, 2025, The Federal Trade Commission filed a Complaint for Permanent Injunction, Monetary Judgment, and Other Relief against New Life Capital LLC, Caleb Matthew Maddix, Managing Member of New Life Capital LLC, and Ryan Paul O’Donnell, Managing Member of New Life Capital LLC. Charges filed allege the business, Caleb Matthew Maddix, and Ryan Paul O’Donnell are in violation of federal law prohibiting false and unsubstantiated earnings claims, misrepresentations with regard to refund guarantees, telemarketing violations, and business opportunity violations.
