    Capri on Camelback has been a nightmare. I have been having issues with my internet connection for weeks and have had little to no response from the management team. Century Link is the only internet provider for the complex and when they came out to install internet for my apartment they told me they couldn't because the wiring was messed ** in the building itself which was out of their jurisdiction. When I brought up the issue with the management team they showed little to no concern and have made no effort to remedy the situation. What makes the problem even worse is the fact that I work from home and NEED internet to do my job. Because my apartment does not have any internet I was forced to find somewhere else to live an work for the time being. Capri on Camelback's management has disregarded the severity of the situation completely and will not work with me what so ever to come up with a resolution. Avoid this place when looking for a place to live.

    New management team says that they are not there for customer service or to provide any kind of customer service to the residents they they do not fix any anything that is broken they're standing water and backed up sewer pipes in the underground parking that the residents that pay for additional parking have to walk through which is causing bacteria and infections and my skin I've called several times went down to the office several times and nothing gets repaired it's been flooded five days at this point they do not return phone calls and are very rude terrible Place terrible management
