    07/01/2025 I have not had any warnings or seen any posted notes about public parking no longer allowing backed-in parking. The car was parked at 9:30 pm the night before. No sticker was ever placed on the vehicle to indicate that it was parked incorrectly/************ 1:30 pm today I went to check my vehicle and it was gone. No warning, no note, no call from the office to tell me to move my vehicle. It was towed away. I called the office and was told that they do not need to provide any notice before towing my vehicle. I also checked my profile for the property and they wiped every vehicle that was listed in my profile off of it. I now have to pay $175 dollars to get my vehicle back for a rule that seems unreasonable and unnecessary.This doesnt include time or gas being wasted upon this venture for a rule that seems to have been added just to make money off of the apartment renters.

    I applied to rent at this community understanding that the application fee is non refundable. However the usual process of renting you do not have to pay admin fees until you sign the lease as that is why admin fees are charged to create and file paperwork pertaining to actually renting an apartment. This community failed to provide proper details of renting including that utilities are paid through them and that there is not access to high speed internet which is required for my job. They rushed me to pay my admins fees before even showing me or having me sign a lease they also rushed me to pay for a service for a deposit before even provided a cost sheet or lease to sign. I also had to pay my heath **** provide 45 dollars for them to fill out paper work for my esas that I can not get back.After further looking into the community Ive found that they have removed their ****** reviews from past years including bad reviews which creates a false view of the community. I believe this is all false advertising and I want my money back for the admin fees because nothing administrative has been provided to me. However is anyone supposed to live in this economy.

    My neighbor has been letting her dog peeing inside an indoor carpet in the hallway that I share with her, and throughout the whole entire floor that is carpeted, my apartment complex has not only done nothing to solve the tenant problem, but they have not clean the carpets as well, they are absolutely disgusting! Literally pee stains all over this whole entire carpet on this whole floor. I walk into my floor and I immediately get lightheaded because of the sour urine smell. This has been going on since early June. I have called and complained and nothing has been done. I have attached photos Ive taken since this has started.

    Moved in last Thursday January 11th and its been a nightmare. No heater no ac. Even though its stated on website theres central heating and Ac. Front Door doesnt close its unsafe living enviornment.

    Business claimed they knew nothing about cameras in my home wrote me a letter about when I brought it up to them but just recently saw that the footage they released is on a **** site so I'm asking for a settlement because of their illegal business also putting a bill in my name while I was not even on property they also have my card information that they are trying to use on international websites .

    *** lived in this apartment complex since August and its a nightmare. Cockroaches are a constant problem, *** had to stay in airbnbs for a night for them to come spray and they show no remorse or sympathy. Constant water leaks in the kitchen. My a/c doesnt work and I live in *******. My packages get stolen from my front door. Homeless people hang out in the hallways, one of which threatened my life. No safety here and the leasing office shows no concern or help. Im a single female with no family close by so its disheartening to have no where else to go since I cant break my lease. If you read reviews on any and all websites every tenant says the same exact thing. Theyre spending thousands to repaint the buildings yet I dont have functioning air conditioning and I am constantly dealing with cockroaches. This is just a nightmare and I need support.
