1 starIf I could give them zero stars I would. My AC broke mid may. An AC I just bought from them 1 year ago. It is now July 25th and they still don't have the part. Not only do they not have the part, but I have called EVERY WEEK for an update and every week I get a different answer. "It will be here in a week" "it will he here in a month" "oh it will be here in a few days" "oh well... it was never ordered" even got a text it would be here LAST THURSDAY. Called today.... said it won't be here till MID AUGUST. And when you ask for a manager there is conveniently no manager on duty to speak to. Next step will be contacting the better business bureau and the local news if this is not taken care. This is absolutely unacceptable. Now it is july 30th and they now are pushing back the date AGAIN. As soon as this part is replaced I will be cutting ties with them immediately. Funny how I had a different ********** come out to my girlfriend house who has an 8 year old ac and they were able to replace a part right then and there. MAKE IT RIGHT PARKER AND SONS.Parker and Sons

5 starsExcellent customer service! I would highly recommend Parker and Sons. The techs were great! ****, ***** and ******* were professional, very thorough and very respectful. Called them one day and less then 24 hours later they were here replacing my AC. With the extremely hot temperatures here in *******, this was so appreciated!Parker and Sons

1 starI have been a customer of ******************** for three years. Never had an issue until today. I made an appointment to have a ceiling fan installed to replace an old one. The day of appointment I was told the tech was running late. After awhile I called to check status on the tech, dispatch told me they had to move my appointment in order to take care of other appointments. I was not happy this was not explained to me when they first called. After negotiating with the dispatcher to get the next available tech to my home after not letting me know they had moved my appointment. The tech that showed up looked fresh out of high school and not really confident about how to install my ceiling fan. This person told me he would have to cut six holes into my bedroom wall in order to run wires to ceiling fan which is too many holes for me. I tried negotiating less holes and he would not change his mind. He offered a quote from a company that does dry wall repair which I was not interested in. I asked for a quote to wire the ceiling fan through an outlet and he recommended not to do it due to insulation. There is not much insulation in the walls and plenty of room for wiring. I was not happy that my ceiling fan cannot be installed without destroying half of bedroom. It just seemed like the tech was pushing for the more expensive option instead of listening to my concerns about less damage the better. I will not hire any electrician from this company they need techs that are experienced and listen to the customer instead of pushing expensive options to make money. I just wanted a better fan for my bedroom which remains in a box till I can find someone with experience. And dispatch needs to understand customers time is important and dont waste it by sending inexperienced techs just to resolve the situation. I had taken the day off from work to get this done and it was a complete waste of time. I am stuck with an old fan that doesnt work well which wasnt a concernParker and Sons

1 starA number of reasons why this company is the worst! Do yourself a favor, go with someone else. Talked us into getting 2 new HVAC units that we didn't need, but the guy *** who came to the house scared us and said we had a leak in the attic in the drip pan. Then we agreed to the new units, then they had us sign a contract which we did, then AFTER we signed the contract, they wanted to change the price! ******. Then we got on the yearly maintenance plan, what a joke (pre-paid it mind you!) 2 year old system that is NOT overused , they quoted 5K for parts that we would need to be changed out or our system is going to fail. **** ????? It never ends , that is until we said, DONE! No more upsells, sales people, who do NOTHING!Parker and Sons

We will never do business with you again. There is no working things out as you say. We tried for years to "work things out". It gets old when your company sends a tech out every 6 months and tells us that our new system needs repairs, the same system that Parker and Sons installed, the same system that you made us replace a great TRANE system that was working great! Now we have no air in the MB and MC. YOUR FAULT> Paid for an air scrubber, asked the last guy if it's working, no it's not, but that would be a few hundred dollars to reconnect. Parker and sons is not only unethical, I do believe they are bordering in some shady practices. They saw us coming, took advantage of us, and never cease to want to extract more and more money from us. We moved on to another company and guess what? There is NOTHING wrong with our system as aforementioned. AND we are having the air scrubber reconnected for FREE by ANOTHER company who treats us like real people.Review fromScott H

1 starIt's with considerable disappointment that I'm writing about our recent experience with Parker & Sons, especially following our decision to renew our Family Plan. While our ****, water softener, and tankless water heater check-*** seemed routine, the electrical inspection left us deeply concerned and frankly, quite disillusioned.The news that our main electrical panel needed a complete overhaul, along with all the breakers and even the riser, came as a significant and unwelcome surprise. The technician's emphasis on a potential fire due to an overheating main breaker was understandably alarming. To then receive a quote of over $7,400 for these extensive repairs was shocking and unsettling.However, the subsequent evaluation by a trusted Master Electrician referral; was the most disheartening. He assured us that there was absolutely no need for the work Parker & Sons had proposed. In fact, he found our electrical panel to be in good condition, dismissing the previous technician's concerns entirely.While I understand a technician might be following protocol, the ***** contrast in these assessments suggests a deeply troubling pattern. It echoes the recommendations we received during the **** and tankless water heater inspections, where multiple "issues" were also highlighted. It increasingly feels like a business model focused on generating revenue through unnecessary repairs, but the use of "fire" as a scare tactic during the electrical inspection feels particularly unethical. Despite our recent renewal, this experience has significantly eroded our trust in Parker & Sons. We will honor our commitment to the Family Plan for the remainder of this year, but we will undoubtedly be seeking a more trustworthy and reliable company for our home maintenance needs moving forward. This entire situation has left us feeling taken advantage of and deeply disappointed in a company we had previously placed our trust in.Parker and Sons

Their staff, from schedulers to technicians to sales, has always been the most helpful, friendly and courteous. From preventative maintenance to repairs, *** always felt that they have my best interest and my wallet in mind. 4 starsWe became Parker & Sons fans when they replaced our failed HVAC system while we were away from home in August 2024. It was done the following day!When we returned, they went above and beyond to help resolve a couple of issues we had with the system at no charge. Since then we have joined the family. We have had them upgrade our ductwork and insulation, install a garage exhaust fan, and a water softener system. They may not be a low price vendor, but they are a first class vendor for all they have done for us.Parker and Sons
