While we strive to provide the best reinstatement service to keep Amazon sellers in business we understand that sometimes our clients may wish to be refunded to maximize their ability to become reinstated.

You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund by contacting us.
 
Note: After being refunded, it may take up to 3-5 for credit cards to be refunded and it may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process a debit card return.


How Refunds Are Issued:
 
When you choose to receive a refund please contact us by email and let us know that you wish to receive a refund and we’ll make sure you are refunded immediately.
 
If you're receiving a refund, after we have received your email telling us, your bank may take an additional 3-5 or 10 business days to fully process your refund.

If you request a refund and we have
Created and sent you your initial Plan of Action

You'll Receive:
100% of your refund with the exception of the non-refundable retainer fee of $99 USD.

If you request a refund and we have   
Create, and adjusted your Plan of Action

You'll Receive:
Up to 50% of your refund with the exception of the non-refundable retainer fee of $99 USD.

 
If you request a refund and we have   
Reinstated your account

You'll Receive:
No refund will be given.

*For all of our services there is a non-refundable retainer fee of $99 USD for the time and resources
  allocated to maintaining  your Plan of Action, helping, guiding, or assisting with your account.


Non-Refundable Retainer Fee

For handling any account and or providing our service we will charge a non-refundable retainer fee of $100 for the the time and resources allocated to the service provided. The non-refundable retainer fee will no be refunded. By paying for our service you hereby agree to forfeit any interest in the non-refundable retainer fee of $99 USD.
