I entered into a contract with Reno Rebath in April of 2020. For details on that case please see my Better Business Bureau Complaint #********.The business took my money after pressuring me to have work done by a non-licensed contractor. The business then declared bankruptcy.I was told my contract was being transferred to the corporate office. After months with no answers from corporate, I was told my contract belonged to the local Rebath. I had to go to the contractor's board to recover my over ****** loss.In September of 2022, Rebath **************** contacted me stating that I had slipped through the cracks, and they wanted to resolve my Better Business Bureau complaint. They offered me $1000. This felt like a bribe to me, and I tried to get Rebath to address my concerns. They were unwilling to address most of them, but when prompted, did offer me an apology. After several exchanges, I attempted to give them what I considered to be a fair resolution.The business did not respond, but I received an email from the Better Business Bureau stating that after hearing from the business, they have closed my complaint.I have been victimized twice by this organization. Consumers, please read the multitude of negative reviews their company has received. Their business idea is a good one. Their execution of their idea, and their treatment of their customers is not. The contractor's board reimbursed me, not them.
