    Radar Busters use to be a great company when it's founder, Radar ***, a retired Police ******** ***** the business. He was very customer driven and I bought several ********************** from him through the years. His customer support was fantastic and very knowledgeable over the phone. I even spoke to *** once.He passed away and the new owners no longer answer their phone. The message drives you to the website or their contact form and then disconnects. They are rude in their responses on the contact form.,I ordered a Uniden R4 that I decided to return. I did cut the the little security disk on the box but never opened anything inside other than to read the owners manual..Radar Busters claims to have a 30-day money back guaranty. Well it appears because I cut that that one piece of plastic to read the owners manual they refuse to take it back.The R4 was a drop ship from Uniden directly.I called Uniden and they told me they offer a no question 30 day return policy.They also said always buy directly from them, not through a 3rd party.Now I have to go through hoops to make this return and most likely I will have my credit card company involved to get my refund.Hate to say BUT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately they are no longer the quality company they once were. Unfortunately BBB insists I leave a star. I'd rather leave a zero star.

    Before purchasing, I checked BBB for RadarBusters and the reviews looked bad. I still took a chance and had a flawless experience. The shipping was quick and the price was surprisingly cheaper than any other store on the web. The product I ordered (Uniden R7) worked perfectly, no issues. Hence leaving a positive review.
