    On April 3rd, I ordered an Uniden R4 radar detector on Radarbusters website. I paid with Paypal and was immediately notified by Paypal of the charge. That charge is still on my Paypal account. When I didn't receive an order confirmation from Radarbusters, I submitted a request for information on their contact form. They will no provide any phone number. I did the same on April 4th and 5th along with emails to their posted email account. The first and only response from Radarbusters came this morning saying that 1) I never ordered the unit 2) they were never paid by Paypal and 3) they'd tried to contact me several times via email. The last two are false and the last point is a bold faced lie. I've checked every possible spam/advertisement/trash folder and they have not sent anything. I'd ask them to produce said emails-they won't be able to. I have attached my response to their only email, which includes my Paypal receipt paid to Radarbusters, to which they haven't responded. I have filed for refund from Paypal but that will require a response from Radarbusters which doesn't seem likely based on their refusal to communicate thus far. All I've wanted from the beginning is my $369.99 refunded.

    We've repeatedly informed the customer that our web platform never received payment into the system.  We only ship products upon full receipt of payment.  There was nothing to refund the customer upon cancelling the order for lack of payment receipt.  We provided a screen shot of the order as our system saw it to ***** and we have included it in our response (with his personal information blurred out for privacy).  We advised customer to contact Paypal since we never received the completed transaction.  We contacted PayPal merchant support services and we were informed that ***** was indeed charged by PayPal so from his perspective he was charged.  Since the funds that PayPal collected from him did not make it into our system, we advised PayPal over the phone, to return any funds received by them back to ***** as we were unable to do so from our system,  There may be a technical glitch that is happening with the payment processing with our system and we will be contacting our web platform provider to examine this further.  So in fairness to ******* complaint, it appears we are both essentially correct.  He was charged and we did not receive the funds to complete the order.  It appears that there may be a bug in the payment processing API are we will work on having Vokusion correct their interface so this situation does not happen again.  Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to ******* complaint and we now consider this matter resolved.

    Purchased a Uniden R4 from Radar Busters as after reading on their website they have a satisfaction guarantee and you won't be stuck with a radar that is defective or not working properly. This is not the case. I have had the radar 3 days and could not hear anything coming out of the radar. What good is a radar if you can't hear it?I contacted Radda Busters on this issue and it was determined they sent me a unit with a speaker failure or defective speaker. Instead of making this right and sending a new unit to replace the defective one they sent me, they want me to go through the manufacture Uniden. Its a brand-new unit! They will not take reasonability for sending a defective unit. I even offered to upgrade to the R7 so they would at east offer to send a working unit. No, I had to go through Uniden which has yet to contact me on this issue. I needed this radar for a long road trip and after spending over $400 I have nothing. A Radar Unit that does not make sound. I am so sorry I purchased from Radar Busters. Any other vendor would have replaced the defective unit immediately. I have been waiting to hear from Uniden for 3 weeks. The unit is sitting in a box in my living room. $400 wasted. Buyer Beware!

    For almost a week, I've been trying to contact Radarbusters many times via phone calls, their online support site and even emails to request the *** number to return order# ***** that we placed on 05/21/2023 with our customer ID# *****. However, there has been no response from the company regarding our inquiry. We only have 13 days left from today to make the return on time based on their policy guideline. I hope this business could reach out and resolve our issue in a timely manner. Attachment is the order information of the information.
