Refund Policy Details:
Prior to Initial Consultation:
If you decide to cancel your enrollment before your initial comprehensive consultation, we will gladly issue a full refund upon your request.
After Initial Consultation:
Once you’ve completed the initial consultation, which includes an extensive medical evaluation, laboratory testing, EKG, body composition analysis, and phenotype testing, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy is due to the personalized nature of your treatment plan and the immediate costs we incur to customize your care.
Program Participation Adjustments:
We understand life circumstances may change. If at any point you have concerns or need to discuss adjustments in your program participation, please contact us directly at [email protected]. We will work together to find a supportive solution that continues to align with your goals.

ONLINE COURSES
We strive to provide high-quality, evidence-based educational resources to support your wellness journey. Before purchasing any of our online courses, we encourage you to carefully review the course descriptions and materials to ensure they meet your needs and expectations.

Refund Policy
All online courses purchased through Reveal Wellness and Weight Loss are nonrefundable. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to course content upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once a course has been purchased.

METABOLIC ANALYSIS
Refund Policy
Prior to Appointment:
A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Missed or Late Cancellations:
If the appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we are unable to offer a refund due to the preparation time and resources reserved for your visit.
After Service is Rendered:
Once the metabolic analysis has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

MYPHENOME TEST WITH CONSULT
*This policy is in reference to the stand-alone service, and does not apply to the MyPhenome test that is included as part of the Premium Weight Loss Program.
Refund Policy
Prior to Test Kit Shipment
If you decide to cancel your order before your test kit has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
After Test Kit Shipment, Prior to Use
If your kit has already shipped, but you have not yet opened or used it, you may return the unopened, sealed kit to our office within 14 calendar days of receipt. Upon receiving the unused kit in its original condition, we will issue a refund minus a $50 administrative and restocking fee.
After Test Kit is Opened or Used
Once the test kit has been opened or used (swab performed), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. This policy is due to the individualized nature of genetic testing and associated lab fees.
After Test Submission or Lab Processing:
After you have submitted your sample and the lab processing has begun, no refunds will be provided due to the incurred processing costs.
Damaged or Defective Test Kits:
In the unlikely event your kit arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will promptly ship a replacement kit at no additional cost to you.

GENETIC TESTING WITH CONSULT
(Includes ISSA Genetic Test for Fitness, or GxSlim, GxRenew, GxPerform when purchased with a consult)
Refund Policy
Before Kit Shipment or Consult Scheduling:
A full refund is available if cancellation is requested before the test kit is shipped or the consult is scheduled.
After Kit Shipment but Before Use:
If the test kit has been shipped but remains unopened and unused, you may return it within 14 calendar days for a refund minus a $50 administrative/restocking fee.
After Kit Use or Consult Completion:
Once the test has been used (sample collected) or the consultation has been completed, no refunds can be issued due to the customized nature of the services and lab costs.
Damaged or Defective Test Kits:
If your kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt and provide a photo of the issue. Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement kit at no additional cost. A return is not required.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN ONLINE STORE
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refund policies differ based on product type:
Consumable Products (e.g., meal replacements, supplements)
Due to safety and hygiene concerns, all consumable products are final sale and nonrefundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit.
Standalone Genetic Tests (Without Consult)
Please refer to the Standalone Genetic Testing section above.
Other Tangible Goods (e.g., apparel, accessories, branded merchandise)
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
Products must be returned in original packaging and resalable condition.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
