All shipping is done through FEDEX and will be shipped signaturerequired. The maximum stair nose length available to ship is 60 inches.Items will ship within 2-3 business days from the time we receive thematerial. We are located in Arizona, so depending on where you are inthe country it will take another 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently, wedon't ship Internationally.
Returns and Exchanges:
Return Policy?
All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted for items damaged in transitor manufacturer defects only.?
Exchanges?
We only replace items if they are damaged and unusable.
To be eligible for an exchange, the customer must first alert FinishedEdge Technology of any damaged product by email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving theproduct.?
The Customer will be asked to provide proof of the damaged productwith pictures of exterior packaging and the damage to the product, or byreturning the damaged item(s) to Finished Edge Technology.?
Replacement of the damaged product will be initiated after confirmationof culpability from the carrier or manufacturer. If a replacement is notavailable, a refund of the full purchase price of the damaged item(s) willbe issued to the customer’s original method of payment within 7 days.
Lost or Stolen Packages?
Finished Edge Technology is not responsible for lost or stolen packagesconfirmed to be delivered to the shipping address entered for an
order. Upon inquiry, Finished Edge Technology will confirm delivery tothe address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shippingcarrier information for the customer to investigate. - Other Resources
