    On 5.09.23 I picked up my Lexus from randys. Upon driving it home and over the next few days we nothiced the shaking was still happening. So I had just gotten an ignition interlock put in which is why we tried to hurry to have them finish unfortunately its our houses only vehicle and they needed extra days just for interlock so it took me a bit over 2 months to make it in. Our original bill was ***** dollars 6 of which was ment to "fix the problems they told us caused the shake" but after they looked at it again they told me it was something completely different and still had to pay a new fee afyer we trusted their word that the initial 6 grand would solve our problem. The 2 gentleman in the front tried explaining reasons why they didnt have to fix it previously because I said knock instead of shake when either way when you drive the car you would know what I meant but somehow they drove it messed up and gave it back to us still broken for what I brought it in for and proceded to charge me again. And the old receptionist **** up front insults me as I'm walking out the door to leave saying I'm high which **** near results in a fist fight. These are very unprofessional people who you shouldnt trust with 1000's of dollars. Please also know that I was in good standing with this mechanics and took every car our family has had their and still they try to get over on and old woman I guess like I wouldnt know the car still shoom

    Brought my 07 Lexus in for shaking and get fixed per their recommendations and after a week and **** dollars they didn't fix the issue and want to charge me again to fix a diffrent so called problem also the old man **** (grandpa behind the counter) insulted me while leaving which almost ended in a fist fight
