            We had contacted Premier Pools back in October of 2021 to build our pool and do our outdoor kitchen including a pergola. The process was a long process due to multiple delays (Most were out of their control due to supply chain issues in the whole nation) and they had multiple crew issues also. So after almost a year and a half (First dig was January 21, 2022 and then pebble sheen installed April 25th, 2023), We are STILL dealing with this company and trying to get them to finish the job. Premier pools requires final payment to be given to them before they will "finish" the project and do the pebble sheen in the pool. So on April 11, we gave them final payment, april 25th pebble sheen was done in the pool. At this point the pool part was done. At this time the outdoor kitchen was still not finished. The appliances still needed to be installed, repair work needed to be done and plumbing for the outdoor kitchen wasn't done either. On April 30th, We sent a text asking why things weren't getting done. May 2nd, a crew came and installed a few things and installed things wrong also. May 3rd, we were told it would be fixed. May 19th, Nothing still done and text sent to figure out why. on June 16th i sent a text letting them know that i would like them to finish the job, which included: Hooking up all appliances, plumbing all appliances and sinks, fixing fridge unevenness and providing a trim around fridge, and repair work including cracked travertine. We also had found out that tile is missing above the skimmer boxes and skimmer boxes have no doors on them when they are supposed to. IF they failed to do so in a timely manner, i would be filing a complaint and going to social media and then proceed to legal options also. Since the text on June 16th, Appliances have been installed and plumbing hooked up. ****** still does not have trim and my grill is not hooked up. Travertine is not fixed and failed to respond about skimmer boxes. Premier pools got their money and is runnin

            Our family took our time in deciding to install a pool, we received bids from 4 different companies and took 6 months to select ******************* and Premier Pools and we could not have asked for a better experience!! They were not the cheapest or most expensive but their attention to detail in the design and transparency in the estimate made them stand above the rest. After selecting Premier Pools we didn't sign our contract for another 2 years because we were still finalizing our decision. This whole time **** was patient and friendly, there anytime we had any questions or concerns and tweaking our design anytime we requested without trying to pressure us. When we finally started the construction process ****** our construction supervisor was added to the team and both **** and ****** were there throughout the whole process answering any questions and resolving any issues I brought up. All of the different subcontractors used throughout the process were top quality and we never felt like they were cutting any corners. The final product looks ******************* we created and revised during the design process and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out!! Even now that the pool is complete I can call **** with any questions or concerns even on Sundays! I have and will continue to recommendation **** and Premier Pools to all of my friends and neighbors!! From start to finish we felt like we were dealing with close friends and even now after we are done it still feels that way!! You will not be disappointed if you decide to use them to build your back yard dream!!
