To whom it may concern:On or about 06/29/2023 my neighbor to my east had their roof recoated. The next morning I went out to my car and found there was something all over it. When I checked my other cars and trailers I found they all had this same stuff all over them. I contacted my neighbor and she gave me the name and number of the roofer. I contacted the roofer on about 06/30/2023 and they told me that on the morning of 07/05/2023 they would come out to inspect my damages. They came on that morning and confirmed it was their roofing spray all over my vehicles and property. He assured me at this time that they would get the costly damages off of my vehicles, trailers, and boat. They told me to take the vehicles to "Cobblestone car wash" and they would "take care of it". I made arrangements to have one of my vehicles picked up and dropped off at Cobblestone car wash the next day. A short time after my vehicles was dropped off at the car wash the car wash contacted me and told me that Overson Roofing declined the cost to clean the car so I contacted Overson Roofing and spoke to the office manager and asked her what I was to do at this point and she said she had spoken to the boss and was told to offer me $300 to repair the damages they caused. I informed her that I got an estimate on one of the four vehicles they damaged and the estimate was twice the amount they just offered me and she said she'd inform the boss to see how he wants to handle it and call me back. I waited several days and no contact from them so I called Overson several times and haven't been able to get ahold of them since and the call was disconnected on their end several times hence the reason for filing this complaint.
