5 starsAs always, PlumbSmart was quick, honest, and very informative. **** explained the whole process of tuning up and diagnosing issues with our AC units. He got us back to cooling and helped us plan out a strategy for future repairs/replacement. If you are looking for a Fair, Honest, and ******************** We would recommend PlumbSmart for all your Plumbing, Heating or Cooling!

1 starI have no clue about their craftsmanship but I can tell you how they treat the communities around them. Reckless driving, speeding, driving on wrong side of road, blasting stereos. Im not sure they are plumbers as much as a fast and the furious party van. But hey, you do you since plumbers charge to much hahaPlumbSmart Plumbing Heating and Air

It's difficult to respond to this review without specific details, including day, time and vehicle. What we can say is that this is the first instance we've had of anyone leaving a review regarding the driving habits of anyone in our organization. We run a fleet of around 35 trucks Valley Wide and our drivers are under constant supervision, including GPS monitoring of vehicle speed and on board camera. We take such concerns very seriously and our drivers know that they represent our company both on and off the road and are expressly forbidden to engage in any such behavior as is described in this review. Any such actions warrant termination. It is unfortunate this reviewer, who is not a customer nor has ever used our services, chose the Better Business Bureau to post these allegations instead of contacting us directly at the time when we would have been able to immediately take action to determine the validity of this complaint and potential punitive measures.Review fromJoseph U

5 starsAfter two other A/C company's came to my house in response to my call regarding a problem with my A/C unit, a neighbor recommended PlumbSmart and I wasn't disappointed. They were professional, courtesy, on time and most of all experienced, honest and reasonable. I can't recommended them highly enough. The first company that came out wanted to grossly over charge me for labor and on a subsequent visit totally miss diagnosis the issue and wanted to change me $5000+ to repair the unit. The second company told me the unit needed a part that was on back order and not available for 4 months, then suggested I buy a new A/C unit. I later found out the part was available and the A/C technician was lying to me in order to sell me another A/C unit. PlumbSmart correctly diagnosis the problem and repaired it at a reasonable price. 5 stars********* was a pleasure to work with. He came early which helped ** get our day started. He was able to find our leak and then I asked him to drain the hot water tank and then checked all the connections. 5 starsThank you for the quick response ************** concerning my water leak from under the kitchen sink.I had a new hot and cold water shut offs put in.The pipes had to be cut and fixed.Great job keeping my house clean during the repair.The repair man was very knowledgeable and set up an impressive conversion for the separate drink spout faucet as well.Thank you So glad that people still take pride in what they do.PlumbSmart Plumbing Heating and Air

5 starsCould not have been better. On time, very polite, finished clearing my clog and left everything better than when he started. I would absolutely recommend Plumb Smart. 2 starsI don't normally leave any reviews but I think it's my time. I called for an estimate on a new air conditioner and was told more than once about a rebate I would receive on this seer rated unit. After sending all the paperwork to SRP it was declined. Reason for decline my unit was a 15 instead of 16. By the way 2 days later SRP was giving a rebate on my 15 seer. Plumbsmart didn't help me out by giving me rebate out of pocket but suggested they would offer me services they offer. I wanted a new sink and they wrote an order and wanted me to pay another $800.
