2 starsThis company agreed to a refund as I purchased 3-bathroom faucets they included in the total bill. I spoke to a *********************** and ******* (she reported she was the owner daughter). And they both agreed to refund me when the faucets they installed were returned. The original ones were cheap looking, and I had not given approval to install those particular faucets. I did notify Mr. ***** that i did not like them as they did not match my Mediterranean-style home. They were ultra sleek and modern appearing. He said for me to purchase my own faucets and they would install them free of charge, I commented that I had already paid for the original faucets which meant I purchased 8 faucets and was only getting 5 installed. I suggested either he reimburse me the 3 I purchased or just leave the three original ones that I purchased at the time of the install. He said he would reimburse me. This was on Nov. 10, 2023, I have left 5 messages w/his staff and no one has returned my calls. I understand ******* no longer works there, Again I would like reimbursed for the 3 original faucets or return to me the 3 original faucets and I will use them elsewhere. 5 starsBeen with PlumbSmart since 2020 when we bought our house. Installed toilets, new AC/heat unit and new ducts, other odds and ends and most recently new water heater (by ****). They were very competitive on the repair cost but more importantly I was impressed with the entire staff at Plumb Smart form the beginning to the end of the process.Customer service was exceptional, repair technicians showed up on time, and the work was completed to our satisfaction and expectation.
