    Horrible staff. We began receiving additional bills 3 years after service. Office staff blamed it on an internal computer glitch, saying they are just now catching up. At this point, it was too late to have insurance resolve the issue. Office staff said it was my problem not theirs. She then threatened to send it collections. I asked to speak with the billing manager. She said the billing manager works from home and has no means of returning calls. I asked to speak with **. *********************** Staff advised that the ** does not talk to patients about billing issues. Unprofessional, confrontational, staff was more interested in arguing than resolving the issue.

We also need to clarify that the services provided were correctly billed and the amount due is accurate. Your insurance has confirmed that the balance is owed to our office and correspondence was also sent to you by the plan regarding the balance owed.We strive to handle all billing matters in a timely and transparent manner, and we regret that this did not happen in your case. We also want to emphasize that our staff is committed to providing respectful and professional service to all our patients. We kindly ask that interactions with our team are conducted in the same manner. Our goal is to work together to find a solution, and we are here to assist you in resolving this matter.Again, we apologize for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding.
