After nearly 3 months of being told parts had not arrived for warranty work 10/19/23- approx. 01/12/24, I drove to the dealer and spoke with Manager of the service department. They found the parts were in stock and I booked the appointment for 01/15/24. During the inspection and replacing the pressure monitors in the front tires, they found the front brakes were due for replacement recommended rotors as well. Although I had no vibration or noise coming from the brakes and front tires, I knew the pads were getting close due to previous maintenance inspections, so I authorized the maintenance which was completed and paid on 01/18/24. Over the next few weeks, I needed to drive on the highway and noticed a vibration in the steering and pulsing when breaking from highway speeds. I spoke the service advisor on 02/21/24 and scheduled it with them on 02/23/24. I picked it up EOD and was told they didn't see anything wrong with the brakes, but they had run a road force test on all four wheels and 3 of the 4 tires needed replacing. I told the service advisor that all four tires were new within the last 7 - 9 months and I'd had no issues with vibration or braking prior. He insisted it was the tires had gone bad at some point so we discussed options and I chose to have the tire shop look at the tires for possible replacement under warranty. At the tire shop, I explained the issues to the Manager and he walked with me to the parking lot and visually inspected the tires. He explained over torquing the lug nuts could cause these issues and after retrieving his torque wrench, he tested two lugs on the driver side wheel and found they were torqued to at least 175lbs (he stopped testing there) when spec was ~140. On 2/24 I spoke in person to a different service advisor and was told I would get a call back. I've followed up several times via phone and two voicemails, but no call back. $5k+ warranty, $1k+ paid by me.

UNPROFESSIONAL. SHADY. It all makes sense looking at all these previous reviews. I bought a ********************************************************************************* which later then made sense. I flew in from ********** to pick up this truck because I am still in the process of moving. ***** is in finance and was working up my deal. I called ***** 72 hours before my arrival to see what terms I was going to be given. He never returned my calls. So here I am showing up to the dealership at 7:30pm at night without any idea on what the contract details are. Right when I get to the dealership, they walk me STRAIGHT to the financial office with the truck sight unseen. I finally speak to ***** and he has the contract all written up with the terms already locked in. I asked why he hasnt returned my calls so we can discuss the numbers before I flew all the way in from Cali. He had no answer. Every time I suggested a small change in the contract, he would respond, oh that will take awhile, we already have this all typed up. I finally laugh and ask, can I at least see the truck first before I sign all this?! So now I am dealing with **** (the salesman)... **** knew nothing about this truck. He said, I only know about Toyotas, they just sent me over here tonight randomly. **** kept checking his watch and seemed eager to leave. I said I was sorry for keeping him and he responded, its okay, there is just a UFC fight on tonight that Im trying to get to So I finally look at the truck, I had to ask to turn it on. The truck is really nice, great looking vehicle. So I continue to sign the contract that I wasnt allowed to negotiate any terms at all. Which I wanted to see what I was getting into 2 days before flying in which ***** failed to give me a call back. I signed the contract and drove to my friends place. The next day I begin to drive back to ********** and start messing with the buttons. I turn on the A/C and it REEKS OF SMOKE!!! This vehicle was previously smoked in and the staff failed to tell me. This is a very big deal! I wouldve never bought this truck knowing that. **** had no idea which I understand cause hes usually over at Earnhardt ******* But come to find out, **** (the sales manager) knew this whole time! This is Shady! This is something that needs to be brought to a buyers attention. After multiple phone calls back, they sounded so guilty . I asked for $2,000 in return and they counter offered $300. Haha. This is crazy. I called 15 different dealerships and asked if they disclosed that if a vehicle was smoked in. They said yeah if you care about your reputation, but we usually auction off smoked in vehicles. At this point they sounded very submissive and they knew they were in the wrong. The $300 offer was comical and very disrespectful. Their motto is no bull, thats hilarious... should say all bull, Im very upset and this situation was never solved. So I decided to leave a review for future buyers . Shame on yall.
