  These people/ A.K.A a business, should be ashamed of themselves! They are out here attempting to scam people of all ages. They are claiming to be a financial aid forgiveness program. They will ask you for all your personal information including SS # and credit card # and everything in between... The part about it is that they make these false allegations about how they are going to forgive thousands of dollars! In my case, they promised to forgive $10,000.00 which of course sounded fantastic, especially when I owe $23K. They somehow know all of your information regarding your student loans which makes it even more believable. I fell victim to these con artist and "signed up" for the " forgiveness program" with a payment plan that included a $147.70 a month payment. Fortunately, I signed up in September and I kept pushing my payment due date out up until just recently. I called on 10/19 and got my payment due date pushed out to 10/30. That was the 3rd time I had pushed my payment out and I was told that I couldn't push it out again. They said that if I didn't make my payment on 10/30, that I would be kicked out of the program. I even got a call immediately after I pushed my payment due date out for the 3rd time, from my supposed case manager telling me I need to pay and I would be silly to let this opportunity go and miss out on letting $10K forgiven. TODAY 10/28 I got a letter from the ****************** about my loans. I called them and discovered that I am not part of any forgiveness program, so I did my deep research and discovered THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I immediately called them, asked them to cancel my account and to not draft any amount of money out of my account. The woman asked me way and I told her that I'm not paying towards their scam and that I want every bit of my information removed from their system. I told them if they draft anything from my account on 10/30 that I'm calling the police and reporting a robbery. The woman simply said ok thank you!

  Thanks for the reviews below. I asked questions when i was on the call. Listen guys if you want someone to do the paperwork for you then this is the service. If you want to do it yourself...go ahead and do it. They are not the government. Its true, i asked them 5 times before signing the agreement. I wasn't sure what i was getting for my money until my payment plan changed and got lower. **************** is okay but for the most part like I said before ask questions so you know what your getting into. So far so good.

  I got a call and wasn't sure at first but i needed help with my student loans so i went through with the call. I asked in the middle of the call is this going to cost me. I was told there was fees but i can do it myself. I run a business and don't have the time. I wasn't sure about me doing it myself so i said ok i will pay you guys to do it. The communication has been good since signing up and everything is okay. I would say to anyone who signs up....ask questions so you know what you are getting into.

  PDS was truly a lifesaver. While they couldn't promise me loan forgiveness they sure were a great help in getting my loans consolidated and placed on a lower payment. I was paying $542 every month to Navient and after only 3 months of being with PDS, I started receiving bills for only $74. Take my word for it. Your loans won't disappear but you'll definitely get some relief. Their staff was very professional. When you call ask for ****** she's literally the best.

  I made sure i asked them before the conversation started was there fees to their service because i have been through this before. The ********************* says yes. So i told him i am not paying fees and i can do this by myself. He went to tell me the benefits of them doing it, so i said i would give it one more try. So far so good. They did the paperwork and sent me copy of the docs. I ask alot of questions all the time so i know what im getting into. But lets see, so far so good.

  ABSOLUTE SCAM. THEY CHARGED ME $700 FOR NOTHING.Evil company that looks to take money from people who are already in student debt. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. THEY SCAMMED ME.

  Don't believe PRO DOC SOLUTIONS! FSA loan forgiveness (like they promised me) is NOT up to them. Contact your loan servicer to fill out the application and DO NOT PAY ANYONE like Pro Docs Solutions to file an application for you! It cost me $493.11 for the first payment with 12 monthly payments of $205.**. FSA website has an ALERT about these companies making false promises.
