The business contacted me, claiming to work with financial aid for student loans. The representative assured me that my payments would be applied toward my loans and described the offer as too good to pass up. I signed the contract without realizing that it specified all payments would go to the company for processing a consolidation application rather than toward my loans. On January 21, 2025, I signed the contract and was instructed to make an initial payment of $50, followed by a $218 payment, and then another payment of $268 on February 18. Later, I received a letter from Aidvantage confirming they had received my consolidation application and that it had been placed in forbearance, meaning no payments were currently due. When I contacted Aidvantage, they informed me that I could have filed the consolidation application myself, which I was unaware of. While I acknowledge my oversight, Por Docs Solutions had access to my Social Security number and financial aid login, leading me to believe that my payments were being applied toward my student loans. My next payment of $268 is due on March 7, followed by a $59.99 payment on May 9. After that, I am required to pay $59.99 monthly for 36 months. I need help because Por Docs Solutions is not answering my calls or emails, and I am scared that they may take legal action against me if I stop making payments. Can someone please guide me on this situation? I am very worried and cannot afford to spend any more money, especially if it is not going toward my student loans.Initial Complaint

I received an email from *********************** regarding my federal student loan - to call a number request student loan forgiveness - I am elderly and disabled. I was duped into providing information such as my social security number, address, license number and sent a pdf contract that was unreadable on my phone. The lady called herself ****** asked for my credit card number and said that my loan would be forgiven - to payments payments of $385 and then $59 per month to have the loan forgiven. She tricked me into clicking on the pdf and agreeing to their services. After reading the document on a larger PC where I could see large font that it was an agreement that was a scam. It provided an email address to cancel the transaction within 14 days which was fake. I tried to send an email to cancel and it just bounced. I attempted to call the company back and of course no one answers the phone I was on hold forever. I cancelled my credit card- I notified my loan services of this fraud and if I do not hear back from this company within the next 48 hours I will call my lawyer and pursue an alternate resolution.Initial Complaint

I recently received two emails claiming to offer immediate student loan forgiveness for balances over $3,000. When I called the provided number, I spoke to an agent named ***** and another person named ******. Concerned about the recent rejection of ***** Administration's student loan forgiveness plan, I asked if this was a scam. ***** reassured me that it was not *****'s one-time forgiveness plan, but rather a hardship forgiveness plan. However, the call abruptly ended after her response.7/5/23Initial Complaint

Good Day,
Several attempts were made to get in contact with the mentioned complainant through the information provided, however, all were unsuccessful. We would greatly appreciate it if the complainant is able to provide a copy of the signed contract which was used to retain our services. The Company does not require any client to pay "monthly installments" of $2300 as mentioned by the complainant. If a copy with proof outlining the agreed terms, payments along with services are provided, then that will help us to better assist. P.D.S is a document preparation company that assist students in getting their loans consolidated and placing them on a lower income driven repayment plan. We do not offer credit repair services, however, we would be more than happy to assist the complainant in any way possible and rectify this matter to the best of our ability.
Best Regards.

On 10/25/2022, I received a telemarketing call from this company Pro Docs Solutions who claims they are part of the **** **** of ********* on behalf of ******. From what I'm reading, it appears to be a scam. They tried to say it was part of the ********************* student loan forgiveness program and to pay them $799 up front, then $59.95 a month until the interest was paid then the loan will be forgiven. The so called representative's name was Biandra *********************** and I'm concered about identity theft cause I gave her my driver license# and social security # when she took my information over the phone. I thought at first what they were saying was real until I researched them.Business Response
