- All systems must be returned with tamper-proof seals in tact and be free from physical damage and/or willful or accidental neglect. The product must be returned in 30 days from receipt. All returns, excluding defects covered under warranty, is subject to a 25% restock fee. All shipments are ensured to the precise purchase amount, All shipments are made via FedEx ID/Signature/Required. Government issued ID must match the name of the Credit Card holder or Borrower. All systems include a 10 year free repair/replacement warranty!
