On 12/20 two cleaner came to my for a schedule cleaning appointment. They did a good job of cleaning and a tip was provided to each cleaner. However when I returned him from a trip on 12/24 I notice that a mini refrigerator in my bedroom that stores medication had been unplugged. I immediate contacted pretty on pink as the medication had been ruined. 1 medication had to be kept frozen and the other refrigerated. Both had been room temperature or higher for 4 days. In taking with ***** at pretty I pink she stated in a text that the cleaners had not unplugged anything. I have cameras on my home and began reviewing footage. My home has no carpet and is all wood and tile. Done removing the carpet the cleaners have only swept the floor with a broom no vacuuming. Upon looking at the video I could see that this cleaning crew used a vacuum. And specifically I provided video footage of one of the cleaning using the vacuum in my bedroom, proceed into the hallway with the head of the vacuum and then pull to bring out the rest of the vacuum into the hallway. I advised ***** in text that was proof they had unplugged the refrigerator and ring charger to plug in the vacuum. There are no other visible outlets in my bedroom as all other are covered by large furniture AND in use. I also sent video of them entering my closed bedroom. As I also advised that when I left on 12/16 I took the medication and the refrigerator and charger were plugged in and I had closed my door. No one had been in the room other than their two employees. I want the cost of the frozen medication which is 225 plus shipping and the other medication is 375 for the 90 day supply and I had two week supply at 50. The refrigerated medication has been on back order with the manufacturer and I have no idea when or if I will be able to replace it or at what price. That is what I paid for it. I am able to prove the amounts I paid for the medications. I need the frozen med asap a dose was due 12/24
