              Orlando's did some additional unauthorized work on my car before consulting with my car insurance or me. Orlando's sent the supplement to my insurance company after they already did the work. State Farm only covers authorized work. Orlando's held my car hostage for weeks after the job was already completed. They extorted an extra $800 from me before I could pick up my vehicle.

              They have had my sons car since ******. Claimed the car wasnt totaled. They claimed they could fix it. They blamed COVID for delay in getting parts . They blamed my insurance for not getting back to them after they gave a quote of roughly $12,000 to repair . Now there asking for an additional $8,000 for additional charges they completed without permission from my insurance and now are holding my sons car captive. I am sure there is a daily strange charge as well . Yet my son is paying $200 weekly for Lyft and his car note to a car he may never see again and or get deemed as a salvaged vehicle. Just terrible service and no one wants to help even my insurance everyone just wants to place blame . The accident was July 22,2022 and to date my son is still without a car !! They dont even deserve one star as the customer service and communication is trash dont take your car here you may never get it back
