This company runs Home Owner Associations and is extremely unrealistic when it comes to handing out notices and fees. Even when they make a mistake or issue something in error they refuse to remove it. There was a lien on my home for an unpaid fee, when I called they told me that it was a clerical error and the lien should not be there. In order for me to get the lien removed from my home they said I had to pay a filing fee for them to remove the lien. Not only did I have to go down to the office but I had to pay extra for their mistake. The same issue occurs with notices and fees constantly in the neighborhood. They issue a notice and fee then when you call they tell you, sorry it was a mistake. This is very unprofessional behavior, they are only out to get extra money out of hard working citizens.
