1 starIt was the worst scam Ive seen yet. I had a gas fire pit that wouldnt light so the tech showed up for a diagnosis. To start he couldnt find the shut off for the gas which would be a normal first step. He walked around the yard as if he was confused as to what to do next and circled the fire pit looking still for access outside the firepit. When I told him the only access would be inside the firepit he told me hed have to cut the firewall board in order to get to the valve s underneath but I told him removing the top burner would allow him to access the valves. He then took pics after not touching a single thing then went to his truck for ***** minutes and sat there until I approached his vehicle. He told me his pricing process was slow and he would meet me in the backyard in a minute. He never took anything apart, used a tool or diagnosed a single thing except turning on the valve and using his what looked like a big pen to determine no gas was coming out. . Simply turning it on smelling or hearing for gas would have told him that. He came back from his truck and told me it would be $1200! Again, Never looked at a thing!!! I was so mad I told him to leave but he still charged me $139 for the diagnosis and trip charge. I then called my AC guy who gave me the name of *** with BBQ rescue. *** came down and diagnosed the problem was able to remove the pipe like I had told the last guy and cut nothing! Within minutes he diagnosed the problem which was water in the line and replaced the burner along with cleaning the gas pipe with air. All Fixed for $225. Dont use Magic Touch Mechanical Its all a scam!Magic Touch Mechanical

We find it unfortunate that we were unable to assist you or figure out how to make things right as your claims are very different depending on which platform you leave a negative review on. 5 starsContacted Magic Touch to service our fireplace, they kept us up to date on arrival time and did a great job while explaining some of the features. We furthered contracted them to do a deep clean on the fireplace. It looks amazing and is working great. Thanks to the entire team. ******** assisted with appointments, ***** serviced our fireplace and ******** *** help us with a remodel in the future. We recently moved to **** and purchased our home. 5 starsThey were able to come the next day, after I contacted them regarding water leaking from our Gas Fireplace (after some torrential rains), and **** was able to identify and fix the problem in ************************************** I would highly recommend them!Magic Touch Mechanical

5 starsI wanted to let everybody know what a wonderful business this is. Unfortunately I had to get a new air conditioner unit because the part I needed is not made anymore. My regular man only fixes them and does not sell new ones but told me to call this business and one other. I had both look and chose this one because they were so organized and felt confident they would do a good job. They have finished up and it all looks clean and new. Everybody is so nice and helpful and Im ready for the hot weather now.Magic Touch Mechanical

5 starsReceived several bids on a new heat pump. Magic Touchs bid was very detailed and they were the most knowledgeable. Their price was comparable to the other company still in consideration who also seemed knowledgeable but were not as thorough. The new unit is literally a breath of fresh air thanks to the new filtration system which was very important to me. The installers were polite, clean, and did an excellent job. 5 starsIve been using magic touch for 11 years since they installed my ac unit. The one and only time there was a problem the man came out the same day to fix it. Im very good about keeping up with my checkups and like how thorough all of their workers are. Today they came to do checkups on my ac unit and two gas fireplaces and as usual were very thorough.Magic Touch Mechanical
