1. The boat rental had intolerable deterioration of upholstery where it was too dangerous to sit especially for kids. 2. Odometer and fuel gauge did not work in several boats i witnessed. And the excuse was its disconnected because renters damage them. This doesn't make sense and it's illegally not reporting mileage. 3. The boats have multiple damages, including motor issues that kept shutting off. With very choppy water and high winds it was difficult not having a working engine. 4. Employees would return the boat into the trailer, the boat was tied with bumpers and extra bumpers from the docking station. The employee made multiple attempts to load into the trailer and missed it coming in sideways and smashing into the trailer. Both sides had pre existing scratches the boats were built in 2006 and 2007 per wet monkey. They tried to attack me saying I scratched the boat when I never had stopped anywhere except for the return foe the trailer. A 15 year old boat that is rented daily and a disabled odometer gauge and torn upholstery with scratches everywhere makes it very frustrating getting scammed by wet monkey for extra fees. 5. The threats of extra payment by 4 employees attacking me and fearing me at the rerun of a failed boat was appealing and even worse terrifying. One employee had an ankle bracelet so the fact that a criminal was hired there was more fearful , he followed me to my car and then took photos of my family. 6..I will file a suit, file BBB complaints, file code enforcement complaint and contact DMV if all monies are not refunded immediately. The ckock is ticking. 7. Rude, disrespectful, and disgusting staff and rentals.
