    2025 ******************* Pump installed due to Ambient lies. The first 2 to 5 minutes are strictly heat - no a/c. Ambient has tried to correct the problems three times no no avail. My 2006 ******************* Pump worked great for 19 years. The company lied to me & commited elder abused but they collected $20,000.00

    If Ambient told you the finance company agreed - that is another lie by Ambient as there was certainly no finance company since I paid cash in full.

    Service Visit Summary 7/23

    During the visit to the customer's home on 7/23, I identified the main issue as the front room not cooling properly. Upon inspection, I observed that the single existing supply duct is undersized for the space it is intended to serve. Additionally, the duct temperature was found to be approximately 10 degrees warmer than expected, likely due to heat infiltration caused by excessive duct length and lack of proper insulation.

    To resolve the issue, we will be upsizing the main supply run and adding a second supply duct to improve airflow and temperature balance in the room. The new ductwork will be insulated to R-8 standards to significantly reduce heat gain and improve overall system efficiency.

    Could not complete service. Non perfessional. Left doors open for pets too get out

    Upon inspection, it was determined that the pipes underneath the home were not routed correctly and did not meet code requirements. At the customers request, we proceeded to snake the drain. Later, the customer contacted our office to inform us that they found another plumber who offered a significantly lower quote, although it did not cover the full scope of work required to properly address the issue.
    From a professional standpoint, completing only part of the necessary repairs would likely result in ongoing problems with the system, which could be detrimental to the customer in the long run. We provided the customer with a quote for rerouting the main sewer line to bring the home up to code, but the customer ultimately declined our proposal.

    nope it was called a bandaid by you and your employees and customer service. 

    But yet its go further and considering they reeked of pot what am I supposed to expect 

    and driving a company vehicle on public roads

    partial return was a $150. For a $663 dollar bill where no fix was done. And had too pay another company $550 to come in and fix it. You only gave me a bandaid as your management said for a refund. As I was more than willing to pay the $130 for the service call and refunded the rest. But instead was made to feel like I was in the wrong by your customer service managers cause I didnt like your $6700.00 estimate for what ended up being a $550 fix. So I right now prefer to be refunded the full amount now cause of all the additional aggravation this whole situation has caused and also from the fact that your customer service managers said I was banned from any services your company offers now

    This company uses deceptive practices and circumvents law with their own "policies." Aditionally they do not stand behind their work.I purchased a completely new hvac system for my elderly mother who is also sickly and now trapped in a home that is over 90 degrees because we cannot afford to fix this issue on our brand new HVAC system that was installed a year and a half ago.It was installed December 31, 2021. The company came out in 2022 3 times to fix failures. In 2023 they've come out twice. Now, 18 months later on a $10k unit, the compresser failed and needs replacing. This until should get 15 years without issue and didn't even get 2. Ambient edge REFUSED to replace it without us shelling out $2300 on labor (only) as the unit itself is under warranty.They claim that they are not liable to fix any issues from Mojave air whom they assumed last year and actually suggested I reach out to the deceased former owners family to see if they will cover it!!!!!To put a nail in the coffin, the customer service manager REFUSED to provide me with a copy of my receipt where she claims it says I only have a 1 year labor warranty. Sounds pretty fishy right....She also claimed they are not responsible for the work of the company they assumed which sounds **** with illegalities.I spoke to the *********************** who urged me to start an investigation as there is 4 years of implied warranty for this type of work. I will be going forward with that as well.They are scammers who DO NOT CARE about their customers and will rip you off to save their bottom line.
