"During the full service, Land Rover Jaguar Arrowhead left a RAG in my car's engine compartment, missed a leaking o-ring, failed to secure the plastic cover properly, and completely dented my driver side speaker cover. The $1900 service was followed by a visit to Land Rover of REMOVEDfor a follow-up, where the rag and other oversites were discovered When I contacted Land Rover Jaguar Arrowhead about a suspected AC malfunction post-service, they refused to assist over the phone despite my inability to come in personally due to work constraints." ...
