      "Purchased an Escalade, ask them to remove the front license plate bracket and they refused to work for free. Spoke to the disgrace of a GM they have here and he had a very condescending approach and attempted to be dismissive."

      "Bought the car used with 1400 miles was told the car has warranty when I bought it, after purchasing it I noticed the vehicle had been consistently misfiring took it in to the dealership and they told me that the spark plugs were after market and that they were not able to cover that but they did swap out the coil pack. After swapping coil pack vehicle didnt misfire for a couple days shortly after the vehicle started misfiring again so I took it in 2 times after that and it would get fixed for about a few weeks then go back to misfiring again." ...
