  They begged me for an account and promised me the world. What did they do? They started putting ads that were late and my events already had passed a month later I called and tell them to cancel my account. They begged me that they give them another chance and I did they offered me free this free that then several days later today they put the same ad up about a party event that I had back in November. Embarrassing me not once but three times people calling me asking me about the event back in November then they posted a happy Thanksgiving rate in middle of December really embarrassing me then after begging me to keep me an account they post the party again these people dont know what theyre doing. They dont care they only take your money and dont look what theyre posting would not ever do business with this company and would not recommend it because they do AI and dont pay attention to what theyre doing. They dont care about your company only your payment.

  I have never been so satisfied with a company and their team. The effort and dedication they put in to raise my brand online was incredible. They sat with me and discussed all the ways they could help me on my social media marketing. I found them extremely knowledgeable in their field and so generous with their knowledge.   Web Dynamics has been awesome. They tell you what are going to do each month and they do it without fail. They also are not trying to break the bank with their charges. Lastly, their work is outstanding, just as there customer service. I would definitely recommend Web Dynamics.

  Title: ************************ and ****************** My Experience with Web Dynamics Rating: ?????I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Web Dynamics, and it has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Their abysmal customer service and client management practices have been nothing short of a nightmare.From the very beginning, I encountered issues that should have been red flags. It took an eternity to get a response from their customer support team. When I finally did, the responses were vague and unhelpful. It was as if they had no interest in addressing my concerns or providing any form of assistance.The lack of communication and transparency was particularly concerning. I was promised a timeline for the completion of my project, but deadlines came and went without any updates or explanations. It was impossible to get a straight answer about the status of my project, and when I inquired about it, I was met with evasive responses and excuses.Client management at Web Dynamics was equally disappointing. It seemed as though they had no regard for the needs and priorities of their clients. Instead of working collaboratively to achieve our goals, I felt like I was constantly battling to get them to fulfill their obligations.In conclusion, my experience with Web Dynamics has been a complete and utter disappointment. Their customer service is deplorable, and their client management practices are unprofessional.
