      On September 25, 2024, I notified you that the leads you were providing were not from ****, as initially agreed upon, rendering them worthless for my business. In my first email, I clearly stated: "Most all are not Ohio leads, so they are worthless. Please cancel service effective immediately."In a second email sent on the same day, I reiterated: "Cancel effective immediately. This is not what was discussed at all. Leads from every state but ****. DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD ANY FURTHER AND REFUND THE LAST PAYMENT."Furthermore, in a third email sent on September 21, 2024, I provided details of an unauthorized charge of $100.73 to my Discover Credit card for "WEB DYNAMICS *********** AZ." I demanded an immediate refund of this charge.Despite my clear instructions, you have now illegally charged my card again on October 22, 2024, for $100.73.This is an official notice to cancel all services and refund any and all charges applied to my Discover Credit card after September 25, 2024, including both the $100.73 charge on September 21 and the $100.73 charge on October ***** you have not provided any services as discussed, have not had access to my ******** account, and are not currently providing any services whatsoever, I expect a full refund.

      I owned three business, and upon checking my credit card i notice about 5-6 months of an additional charge of $97 when i called them to see what was this charge theybdaid it was a mistake of them because they never posted anything additional from my other subscription. They daid they were going to refund me the money nd they never did. I call about three other times and text, but same promiss thaat somone in accounting will call me. That never happend. Just when i was going to give them my third business, I cancel my two accounts due to theft of service never performed. Shame on them, they lost a good customer that used to talk good about them in conventions. Not any more!I uploaded 1 picture kf a charge, there are more.

      business has been charging me for 3 products over the past 3 months in the amounts 97, 99 and 75.numerous attempts to cancel with no reply. then company replied and said the cancelation was processing, then not, then yes again, blah blah blah.obvious fraud on their ******* NOT do business with web dynamics!
