- All checks and/or payments for labor must be payable to Eli The Handyman, LLC. Any payment for labor made directly to the handyman on duty, voids all guarantees/warranties associated with this agreement and may be subject to additional charges. A surcharge of $25 (or the max allowed by law) will be assessed on all returned checks and all reversed credit card charges. The customer agrees to pay all collection fees/legal fees/court costs, should nonpayment result in action to collect the debt. Interest on unpaid balances accrues at 10% per month. Eli The Handyman, LLC is not responsible for any money paid to parties other than Eli The Handyman, LLC. The terms of the Guarantee are shown below. The guarantee is for labor only and does not cover materials associated with the job. Incomplete payments for any reason(s) nullify the guarantee. There is no warranty on any faucet repairs. There are no other guarantees expressed or implied, and there is no liability for consequential damages of any nature or kind. This guarantee is not transferrable. The OWNER is advised to understand that performance of this work is subject to the existing conditions and the typical limitations of repairs for matching paint, texture, stain, or other existing conditions. The handyman on duty will take ordinary trade practice efforts to achieve a reasonable match as permitted by existing conditions. However, an exact match or not visible match is not promised or guaranteed.
GUARANTEE:
For thirty (30) days from the date of this invoice, Eli The Handyman, LLC will repair free of charge, defects in workmanship performed pursuant to this invoice. This guarantee becomes effective when your complete payment made payable only to Eli The Handyman, LLC has been credited to our account. Guarantee service is available by simply contacting Eli The Handyman, LLC at the phone number and/or email on this invoice. There are no other guarantees expressed or implied, and there is no liability for consequential damages of any nature or kind. Guarantee is for labor only and materials or parts are not included. Eli The Handyman, LLC expressly excludes any faucet repairs from this guarantee. - Business Categories
