    I have to agree with the ***** below. It's just about impossible to get him to correct a problem with the system he just installed here in ****** for me in June. When I turn on the heat, the A/C actually comes on instead. Despite multiples promises he'd come fix it, it's basically crickets. Maybe he just blows off the Julies. Very frustrated with this guy.

    While we have had good experiences with *** taking care of our AC room unit in the past, we cannot get him to return our calls to do a checkup this year. Not sure what the problem is, but after 3-4 calls, including talking to him and having him promise to call back, we are disappointed.
