- IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR ITEMS TO PRINT ON- WE REQUIRE A WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY. There is a 3% to 5% chance of error in the printing methods we utilize, therefore we can not be held responsible for customer provided garments.
IF you are purchasing the garments or items from us, we will replace any damaged goods, in the printing or laser engraving process, at no cost to our clients.
Any defects or flaws in the garments, products must be brought to the attention of Colorado River Tees, LLC as soon as they become known to the end user, however no later than 30 days, after the delivery of the products. After 30 days, we will not be held responsible for flaws after this time period.
This policy is for items that are used as recommended and cared for as instructed.
There will be NO CASH REFUNDS ISSUED under any circumstance. WE WILL ONLY ISSUE A STORE CREDIT.
