1st claim for mold 8/22/22 for my kitchen and laundry room...work NEVER completed, yet claim was closed? 2nd claim for Ice dam damage 1/27/2023, work still NOT completed. Every outside wall froze then thawed & flooded kitchen & 2 bedrooms. Received, new ************** carpet. Inside repair work looks to be done by amateurs (filing a complaint with Mammoth Restoration next) I was placed in a motel (w/5 cats & a dog) for 6 mos. (moved back last week-end) due to tearing down of walls/ceilings & and construction going on inside my house, (insulation, *************** everywhere, unsafe for me to be in the house, or Farm Bureau would NOT have put me up in a motel for 6 mos. During the time away from my house, there was additional property damage done to my ************************** Claim submitted for these additional items but have been denied any replacement. Since the kitchen floor was flooded, the refrigerator had been unplugged and closed this entire time, creating mold and mildew inside, making it hazardous to use, especially the water dispenser/ice-maker. Farm Bureau had Mammoth "clean" the inside of the fridge, total waste of time, none of the water lines, etc. were able to be sanitized. For the stove/oven, being away from the house for 6 mos. rats or mice have infested the oven, also now hazardous. Both appliances have been ruined. Farm Bureau is stating it is neglect on my part for not checking in on my house during this 6 mo. period I was not able to live in my house, yet they're claiming I should have been aware that these appliances were deteriorating. My house was not even safe to walk or breathe in during this 6 mo. period. I submitted an additional property loss form totaling $1,221 for BOTH appliances, both denied. ************************* did offer to pay me for loss of any food, I was only interested in getting the appliances replaced. After complaining to the ***************** ************************* will now be working for Mammoth! Hmm, I find that a little odd??
